Bought this beautiful pendant last year and barely posting a review, but was prompted to do so when realizing what a great deal I got. I was browsing around just to confirm if I paid a good price and yes I did! I'm going back to Oahu next month God Willing and I'll be right back to this jewelry store to see what else to pair with my pendant...maybe matching earrings or a ring. Btw, I paid $263 tax included. This is a 1 inch pendant, which is a very noticeable size for me.

I have gone here for years for custom and standard fine jewelry. They have excellent pricing and timely service. Every employee is nice and friendly. Highly recommend. Cash or card. They are in the Outrigger next to Dukes.

this is a small booth in the outside area of the outrigger hotel. the actual store is in the outrigger hotel. you will know what i mean when you are shopping around.this booth is located in an area where there is a lot of foot traffic. many times, the sales lady is busy assisting customers. i was looking for a specific necklace+earring set. i only saw the earrings. they told me to check the other location to see if the necklace was there. (note: the other location told me that some jewelry could be made with a short turnaround time).

We stopped here right before leaving Honolulu. There were tons of places selling jewelry, but this one was empty and had the familiar sign "50% off." For Christmas, the friendly lady said. I bought a pretty silver plumeria pendant. When I got home, I found a ring that was quite similar from the Aloha Swap Meet. I liked this place because the service was friendly and seamless. It's probably not the cheapest option in town, but it was very pleasant.

This jewelry store has very cheap quality items. My necklace pendant broke within a week of purchase and they would not replace and expected that I purchase another as a replacement at full value. Poor service!!!! Cheap quality!!!

If they don't have in the store what you are looking for, don't order. They take your money and give you something else. Then they act innocent, it' your fault you didn't get what you ordered.One star is too much for them.
