To begin with a brainstorm, evoke a vision and turning them into life comes with lots of coordination, trials, and constant communication. Planning events are never easy. It's why I give lots of thumbs up to everyone at Yelp Hawaii for always planning these awesome events for us. My work coordinator assigned me the small task of finding a photobooth for our once a year banquet. So I begin to collect a list of photobooths that's worked the many events I've attended previously and began to dig for business cards compiled. While there are many talents on the island of O'ahu alone and many great photobooths, what stood out with Instansnap is the hard working individuals behind it.Insta-Snap is co-owned and operated by Floyd. Insta-snap has worked with companies like Mercedes, Porche, The Kahala Hotel and City Mill along with several high schools, graduations and family events. Floyd is a creative photographer outside of his photobooth business and take many pride in not only his hobby but his passion. But on the very day of the event Floyd and Jenn were the tag team behind the magic. We knew then that we can trust them for our gala due to the companies they've worked with already. The exchange of contracts was a simple process. Among their many pricing options, we decided for the two hour package at an affordable price. The packages are also customizable according to the event needs and the prices are competitive. Insta-snap does deliver and set up free of charge with two attendant and unlimited themed props catered to our event. The background designs are customizable. Our marketing team had coordinated with Floyd on the design and it was an awesome design at that. They arrived to our venue an hour prior to when our party began and organized their areas and it was the most awesome part of the scene. Their giant private photobooth lit the entry way into the ballroom and added much attention to other parties for another event. The props are fun, silly and are appealing for our guests. Floyd and Jenn are organized and professional and have a well working system. Seeing many guests of the evening return repeatedly with many prints in hand were fun to watch. After selecting your many props, walk inside a dome booth (there are many styles to choose from and request prior to the event), 4 photos are captured in increments of 5 seconds giving plenty of time to change to a different prop of choice. Strike a pose and a print is available in 10 seconds for the taking. I love this style of photobooth because I'm a private person in ways that I don't want people watching me act a fool. The prints make great memoirs. Hard copies are available 1 copy per party depending on the chosen package prior to the event. Otherwise digital copies are available for free and are easily shared on social media from their Facebook page and print at your own leisure. Or you can return again for round 1, 2 or 3.Supporting the small businesses with many potential and still in the rising are the best way to go. Instasnap worked smoothly and professionally with my team. Hired these guys for my daughter's 1st birthday. I definitely wanted something big and this was how I planned to do it. LolExcellent service, arrived on time and everyone LOVED the photo booth and props!! So affordable compared to others out there, and the best part is you get one of those hardback books of all your guests' pictures! They will customize your background exactly how you want it. I was a bit picky when it came down to choosing the final templates, but Red was awesome to work with and very patient with me. I highly recommend them and trust me when I say you will not be disappointed!! Keep up the great work guys!

I'm so glad we chose Instasnap. Words cannot express how satisfied I am. They were very flexible with what I wanted, Red and her staff were very friendly, and the quality of the photos were amazing! Our guests had a great time with their wide selection of props. The price is super affordable. If you are looking to have a great party, you should definitely go with them. You won't regret it!!!

I have nothing but wonderful and amazing comments for Instasnap! They were a part of an event I hosted and the pictures and memories they produced were simply perfect. All attendees enjoyed their activation, not only was the team professional, fun, trendy, but they had the best props and made the event shine. If you are planning a party, any type of party and would like a photo booth, Instasnap is who to hire. Red and the rest of their team are very friendly, easy to work with and lots of fun. We hired them for my nephew's first birthday and it was a HIT!!! All of our guests really enjoyed the booth and props they provide. We had lots of great photos to save in our memory box!
