I absolutely loved working with Dan. He is a jack of all trades regarding your physical health. He was my physical trainer, physical therapist, masseuse, and chiropractic doctor all in one! I had just given birth to my daughter, and as a physical trainer, he helped me find my way back to core strength with no injury. I had suffered from pelvic pain and was really afraid of starting to exercise again and Dan designed my workout perfectly to avoid injury while working out muscle just the right amount.Given my desk job, I had a lot of pain in different parts of my body and as a physical therapist, he knew exactly what exercise to recommend, he performed massage and even chiropractic to align my body and the pain would ease. He always kept our exercise fun with different moves, and I couldn't believe it but I actually looked forward to our time together. I had to stop working with him because I moved. I really miss him!

Update to my previous review since I've done personal training with Cody 1-3X per week for for over a year now: I can't recommend Cody enough! He goes above and beyond for his clients in every way possible.Cody's background as a physical therapist has translated into incorporating PT rehab exercises for my knee/hip issues into our workout regimen, and he adapts exercises so that I don't have pain. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the body, and he has helped me to learn how to live with less pain even outside of our sessions.Cody has also gotten me into great shape! He keeps me consistent when life gets hectic and I otherwise wouldn't workout. Cody is so fun and engaging to talk to that he makes the sessions go by really fast. We have all kinds of interesting conversations which makes it a lot more fun than working out alone. Without exaggeration, Dan at InspireMVMT entirely transformed my body composition over a 4-month training period by designing a 4 workout / week program and offering above & beyond support.My goals were to get stronger, learn to lift weights with proper form, use machines at the gym without feeling intimidated, look aesthetically toned, and accentuate my figure by adding muscle.The process couldn't have been easier. Dan loaded the workouts into an app on a weekly basis, progressively adding weight & more complex movements. He was always 100% responsive to my feedback and adjusted workouts accordingly -- anything from me feeling like a movement was too difficult, to feeling self-conscious doing certain exercises in the gym. If I didn't understand something he listed, Dan would clarify by text and even send video tutorials doing the exercises himself so that I could see proper form. He exceeded expectations by always addressing all of my anxieties and meeting me in person to get me started & check in throughout the program.The workouts were both adequately challenging and manageable -- I never felt like I was pushing my body too hard, or not hard enough.I was pretty shocked at the end of each month - especially at the end of the program - as I saw fairly drastic changes in my body and progress toward my goals. I still use much of what he taught me in my workouts today.I genuinely believe that I simply could not have gotten the results I wanted without Dan's expertise, program design, and constant support. Overall, InspireMVMT's service is invaluable and I cannot recommend Dan enough as a personal trainer.

I can't thank Inspire MVMT enough for helping me gain my confidence and strength back. I had issue with my feet and needed PT before . When my PT stopped it became hard for me to workout as I was scared I would hurt myself working out.Thanks to Cody from Inspire who is a licensed Physical therapist as well as a personal trainer I am now able to workout with confidence. Personal trainers who have an expertise in Physical therapy is very unique and I would highly recommend their service for anyone who is looking for a customized workout regimen.

Dan has been my trainer since August 2023, and I cannot rave enough about him.One of the many things that stands out about Dan is that he LISTENS. He asks the right questions to ensure he understands my goals, training styles, likes, and dislikes and is very attentive to the feedback I provide. Another thing that sets him apart from other personal trainers is that he weeds out the "trendy", time-wasting exercises and uses science- and evidence-based exercises and movements in the circuits he creates.!RESULTS!An awesome bonus is that he applies his physical therapy expertise to tweak exercises to accommodate pain or body mechanic deficits. He is exceptionally skilled at making last-minute exercise changes to ensure you safely get the most out of every session.Dan is just an all-around good guy. At first, I was apprehensive to train with a dude; however, his zero ego and cheerful personality put me at ease a few minutes into our first session. He pushes me to train hard during our one-to-one sessions and has empowered me to train at home by creating and sending me tailored workouts that I can access with my phone. For the first time in about 15 years, I am doing home workouts! Dan is a tremendous talent. His knowledge of the human body due to his physical training education and background make him the perfect individual to address your training needs. Being a senior citizen who has had numerous injuries over the years, Dan designed a perfect training regime for me. I have increased my strength and flexibility with no new injuries. Yea! I've been working out with Dan at InspireMVMT for the last 2 years. He's been instrumental in helping me get stronger and stay healthy. I love working out but as Ive gotten older it's much easier for me to get hurt. Dan's background in Physical Therapy is a game changer. I feel much more confident lifting weights and pushing myself without getting hurt since he modifies exercises depending on my ability.
