Inspiration Warehouse

This is actually the third time we have gone to the warehouse to pickup items. It has always been easy to find and there are dedicated parking spaces for pickup. Luckily the items were small enough to fit into an SUV so this last time we saved a $175 delivery fee. The warehouse men are courteous and helpful in getting the furniture into the car.

Only a warehouse to pick up the furniture you purchased from Inspiration. They gave grams a map and receipt and off I went to haul the items back to her place. I reverse parked in front of bay 7 and walked up a small set of stairs. Was greeted by the guy. Grams called ahead that I was coming instead of her. I had to show the receipt and my ID. Luckily her furniture was boxed up and inside bay 7. The guy loaded it into my vehicle and I strapped it on my own. I caught the weather at a great time but brought a tarp just in case.

This is strictly to pick up your furniture but nothing else. We went there only to find it just a warehouse and nothing more.

We never had any problems with Inspiration furniture. All the things we got from there are nice quality and very gorgeous. The last furniture we got there was a high glossed white coffee table. My husband assembled it and sad to say there was a dent on the top. We immediately called them and asked for us to bring the table back the next day. We brought the table back and they were able to exchange it for us AND already installed. They made sure we looked at the table before we left.Staff is nice and friendly and respond quick to your requests. Location - if you are not familiar with the Campbell Industrial are it may be hard to find. The good part is when you purchase something and need to pick it up, the give you a map... so it shouldn't be a problem. You will find it easily :)

My family and I bought furniture from the Inspiration Pop-up in Pearl Highlands. The warehouse is pretty far and distant from civilization, but they give great directions to get here. This is only a place to pick up your products that you bought from Inspiration, don't make the mistake like I did, thinking this was a place to buy furniture LOL! They have such great customer service is amazing! I called a few days before my pick-up date and ask when they will have it in (just to be sure) and they were super friendly and helpful. They said that it would be available for pick-up in the afternoon. So when the day arrived, I waited patiently for a phone call, and right at 12pm they call saying that my pick-up is ready! My dad and I went around 1pm, and there it was ready for us, it only took less then 10minutes to load the furniture! and truly a satisfying experience!

Inspiration Furniture is a well organized Store/warehouse! I called an hour before I went to pick up my children's book shelf, and the woman on the phone was so nice and polite! She asked me for the Invoice number, she asked me for my name and she had told me...we will have it ready by the time you come to pick it up!She said thank you for your business and we will see you soon! She was so genuinely nice! As we arrive, we reversed the car on the loading area, and our items were waiting for us on the side! The guys loaded the box in and the colorful drawers and we were there for three minutes! The pick up went smoothly and we were literally in and out! I loved it! Will continue to buy our home furniture, children's furniture from this company! Beautiful furniture/home furnishings!

Service is awesome. Full of knowledge without being "pushy." Great selection of Sofas and Tables.
