Wasn't impressed with their selection. Especially at those prices. You know how some places, the staff can seem standoffish? That place for us. Ended up going to a smaller furniture shop, Valyou, to get our stuff.

Been coming to Inspiration for years and got furniture for several places from here. Quality has been seriously going down hill. This leather sofa was around $3000 and in less than 6 months the cushion is sagging bad. Spoke to General Manager Rick Lopez and he wasn't willing to help. He offered to fix it for $500 plus. The manufacturer also will not backup the product. Some other side tables I recently bought also started falling apart as the pressed wood is not holding up to even the slightest moisture. Junk quality. Over priced furniture all bust up. Save yourself money and headache and shop at a big box national chain for better customer support.

My daughter order a new cabinet for her condo. She said that they very helpful in the store in selecting it. They set up a date and time to deliver the unit. I was in charge of being at the condo to except the merchandise . The unit was .plastic wrapped to make sure it did not get damaged. the delivery men text when they were in route and when they arrived . It was within the window they promised. They gave me me time to inspect the unit for damage and we made sure all doors/drawers worked properly.

Several years ago I bought a loveseat. It took me a couple weeks to pick up and Inspiration was kindly patient.A few weeks later, the loveseat was advertised for $100 less.I walked in with my receipt fully expecting not to get a credit. SURPRISE! Instantly they gave me $100. Amazing customer service and merchandise. Thank you!

Ask for Jonathan! He knew exactly what I looking for. Very honest, courteous, patient, extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, not a commission driven salesperson. One day I went to INspiration just to look at some actual furniture I've seen online. While I was looking a guy comes by and asked if I needed help. Honestly speaking, I don't care for people who come up to you and tries to sell you something. But this guy was "different." He just walked away when I said that I was just looking granted that I had questions I wanted to ask. I thought his walking away gesture was courteous that made me thinking that he wanted to give me "space." So I thought, maybe I should ask him my questions. And I am so glad that I did. He showed me the furniture I was interested in, gave me his opinions, his business card and left the store that day. No pressure to buy AT ALL! Price is an important factor however, having a salesperson that you're completely comfortable with is the utmost importance for me when making big purchases. Jonathan was so trustworthy and very easy to work with! There was a miscommunication on delivery however, he immediately helped to correct it. The delivery guys were awesome and even took it out of the box in front of me. Thank you so much Jonathan for the wonderful experience!

I miss living in the Bay Area because there are so many options for furniture and they are in stock! The cost is also less than Hawai'i due to shipping and higher rent for commercial spaces on the islands. When items are not in stock in Hawai'i, it can take several weeks before they arrive and sometimes people can't wait that long. With the limited furniture stores available in Hawai'i, we looked at most of them. We also looked a lot online during the lockdown but shipping was crazy high or they didn't ship to Hawai'i (you know what I'm talking about). When we finally got to INspiration Interiors - Honolulu, we were ready to just buy so we didn't have to look anymore. We walked the showroom floor to see all the options available and made some relatively quick decisions based on dimensions, color, style and most importantly what was in stock. The sales person followed us around the store and had a tape measure to help us figure out if the furniture was going to fit or not. For commission sales, service was disappointing. He also forgot us when we went back 4 days later to buy another item. After we decided, he put our order together and walked us over to the front to pay. Mink decided to save on delivery since she had free labor with me so guess I got lucky to pick up the heavy furniture *sad face* Their warehouse is in Kapolei and they hold furniture up to 4 weeks after your purchase. Staff at the Kapiolani location will tell you that you need to call the Kapolei warehouse at least two hours prior to picking up your order. This will give them enough time to get it ready for you when you arrive. Otherwise you'll have to sit tight till they can get it without that call. They said sometimes it can take them 20-30 minutes so make sure to call at least 2 hours prior to arriving. The GC had his workers pick up the furniture for us which was nice. Saved me a trip to Kapolei right? Unfortunately the end table was broken/damaged when we unboxed it. Also the sideboard was not assembled! The sales person said it would be but clearly it was not. I was quite annoyed since I had to waste time to assemble it. Side note, one of the screws were jacked up which made assembly a pain. We made do but we expected a lot better quality at their price point. If your furniture is broken/damaged, they don't come and exchange it for you if you picked up from the warehouse. You will need to bring back the damaged items to Kapolei and exchange it. When I was driving there, I called them to find out they close at 4pm and I called around 4:20pm. Luckily someone stayed to let me exchange since I was fighting traffic from town to get there. The warehouse deserves 4 stars! The exchange was quick and I made sure they unboxed there to make sure the item was perfectly fine before going back in town. Overall, the entire experience and quality of their furniture is mediocre so 2 stars. Are they worth it? That's debatable.

Service is overwhelmingly bothering and furniture is overpriced by like 2 times. Not the best quality nor is the owner. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Don't waste your time or money here.

We just added a Corridor SV Bar Cabinet to our home. It's one of several pieces we've purchased from Inspiration Interiors. Before becoming a kapuna beach bum I was a specialist in the preservation of cultural property. I can attest to the excellent quality. Everyone is very helpful. Our sales associate Dixie Peterson is knowledgeable and respectful of our budget. She always goes above and beyond starting with our first purchase. For example, for a patterned Azara bamboo headboard, she shared images from the warehouse so we could pick the one we liked best. The delivery team is great too. They pointed out features of the Corridor bar that we might have overlooked.
