I have purchased several tops from Ron and always received such compliments and I check in every so often to see what I should have in my closet. Yesterday I found a couple of great tops for my next cruise but one he did not have in my size. I was very pleased with my one purchase and then surprised when Ron called this morning and said that digging around in his back room he found the top for me. I said that I could give him my credit card now and he replied. "No, come in this weekend and try it on to make sure it's the one for me!" That is why I keep coming back! Thanks RonKate

I love coming to this store because I can always find something unique - for myself or as a gift. They have gorgeous original fabrics and designs that you won't find anywhere else. The cotton blouses and aloha shirts are perfect for Hawaii weather. Most of their clothing can be dressed up or worn casually for every day wear which makes them very versatile in your wardrobe.

This is a great shop! Bought a great mens shirt made from a Batik with Tibetan Clouds on it. Killer shirt. All hand made and completely original. Don't see myself walking down the street. Beautiful womens clothes too! Especially the Parachute clothes for traveling! Great find in the Waialae Ave. area. Good resturant next door too!

I went in this shop for the first time. I've worked close by for the last 5 years and never went in...shame on me. I'm so glad to have found this treasure of a shop. The shop owner was very helpful and it was so interesting to learn that he actually imports the fabric and designs the print. I found a beautiful top today and am so please to learn that it will be one of a kind. Shops like these are so rare these days and the level of service that I received is becoming a lost art. If you are in the Kaimuki area you have to stop by...don't wait 5 years like me.

I've passed by this location many times and finally entered yesterday and wish I had gone in sooner, the clothes are just beautiful and well made, it also was so refreshing to have someone explain the clothes and details as he designed them! I am not the average small girl and was so very happy that the 2 pieces I chose looked and felt great on me, material and fit was comfortable and felt special. I shall indeed return and look around some more as a nice grey dress and bag caught my eye, thankful for the attention given and will return. Mahalo!

I Love This STORe! The location is great as well. Next to an amazing pastry shop.I bought my favorite silk wrap/scarf and pantalons from Indige. I am a traveler and I am always looking for unique, comfortable, and beautiful clothing. INDIGE has many one of a kind clothing and home items. The Big bamboo furniture is very beautiful. I love the day beds in dark mahogony. They also had a large collection of men's clothes. The owner is a kind person that speaks Japanese and English.I notice that they sell hand woven fabric in bulk. Also there is an in house artist.

One of the most intriguing stores I have found anywhere - fabrics chosen are elegant, and then Ron turns them into clothes that sing - intricate stitching, old-school tailoring and a sense of whimsy. Scarves and bags, clothes for men and women - a treasure trove.Penny T in Glide Oregon

Ron Irwin runs a beautiful shop with incredibly beautiful clothing that is made in Indonesia and Thailand. Lots of lovely fabrics, some handpainted, very light fabrics and lovely colors. He's a really nice guy, too. This should be a stop on your shopping tour in Honoloulu even thought it's a bit out of the way. (And stop by the fruit stand on the corner nearby and the pastry shop next door....both treats. The pastry shop is well known for it's french pastries. Try the chocolate pyramid!)

Nice surprise shop. Worth the trip. Easy to park on the street. Ron has a wonderful eye for color, fabrics, and design. You will find pieces that fit and are fun for all shapes and sizes, from skinny, petite, to average, and for those who are a bit Rubinesc. Fun cropped flowing pants, to parachute fabric styled skirts, and beautifuly hand painted fabrics. A few select handbags, scarves, and art pieces. Waialae ave is an easy skip from whole foods in the Kahala mall. And the pastry/bakery/restaurant next door Is also worth a look see.
