IMF Visions captured the most beautiful footage and shots of our wedding. Not only did I relive our wedding all over again when they sent us all the footage but they were so beautifully edited. The day of the wedding their whole team knew exactly where to go, they politely directed people if needed to get the most amazing shots. Every single member of the IMF Visions team were so passionate about getting the best shots and they all worked nicely together to get great footage. Absolutely best audio visual production company on island. I do lots of events and big ones at that. Ian and his team are top notch. They think of things even you don't! They are half the price if not more of the hotel properties staff and most people are not even aware that they have options outside of the hotel.IMF has all of the required insurance etc. to be able to work inside most if not all hotels and venues. They work on events state wide but operate like a mom and pop. They truly care.We almost cancelled our event as the audio visual was so expensive it wouldnt have made sense.Ian saved our annual event and went above and beyond. Ian and his team were amazing on our wedding day!! We opted for a 10hr package and it was the best decision we made! They were on time and very easy to work with. We hired IMF Visions as our videographer because they have extensive experience in the wedding industry. IMF Visions is also the only company that does same day edits, and are actual same day edits. You see from getting ready to midway to the reception. I've seen the work of IMF Visions before and they do outstanding work. Having a same day edit was my non negotiable must have at the wedding. We reached out to Ian. He set up a phone call so he could gather information about us and the aesthetic we are wanting. Our venue, the Kahala Hotel & Resort works with IMF Visions a lot so no deposit was needed as we would be billed through the hotel. A couple of weeks before the wedding Ian reached out and we had another chat regarding aesthetic, music and things that means a lot to us to have recorded. Wedding day comes, Ian and his team Bruce and Rachel arrive in my hotel room. They set up what they need to. I was clear on no triple chin action on video please take any video from a higher angle. They understood my request. Rachel was so nice she said what I think are my insecurities no one can see or tell. Her camera didn't show anything.Bruce and Rachel prompted when doing the voiceovers, it was never awkward silence. They checked on my husband and said he was having a good time, and recorded his voiceover. Ian, Bruce and Rachel continue to record throughout the wedding ceremony and reception. We did have a sign letting guests know it was an unplugged wedding. You spend the money hiring a photographer and videographer you want the professionals to capture everything. Much more than what an iPhone can capture. When it came to the time to show the same day edit, my husband and I were so impressed. We loved every minute of it. Our guests were blown away because they've never been to a wedding where a same day edit was shown. Especially when you have a wedding at the Kahala, a same day edit I feel is necessary. Ian sent me the same day edit the next day to post on all my social medias giving everyone a teaser before we get the 10 minute highlight video. Update 08/07/23: I met up with Ian to pick up the external hard drive with all the raw footage. We're talking story and if he'll be at the Kahala Showcase on 08/19/23. He told me he won't as IMF Visions will be doing the Made in Hawaii Festival. I told Ian maybe I would see him there. He was so sweet and said he would get me tickets. (I mean yes I can afford my own tickets, but that was a nice offer.)Update 08/17/23: Ian called me and told me he had tickets for the Made in Hawaii Festival and texted me the coupon code. I was touched by this gesture, Ian kept his word. If anyone is wanting créme de la créme, top tier talent at their wedding, IMF Visions is the way to go. Ian from beginning to end has been exceptional. If you have Bruce and Rachel recording your day as well you're in the best hands possible.

My fiancé received a gift card from IMF Visions for a free proposal video after purchasing my engagement ring from The Wedding Ring Shop. When he bought the ring he was told he could use it towards an engagement session. So after the proposal, I called and tried to make arrangements. I spoke to the owner and he told me that they would honor the gift card with an engagement session but to shoot him a text because he was on the road at the time and he would get back to me, so I did. Almost 3 weeks later, I followed up because I never heard back from anyone. Three days later, I received a text back apologizing and was told that they are extremely busy this time of year and the photographer just sent me a text. No text from the photographer that day and as of this post (one week later). This gift card may have been a deal they had with the Wedding Ring Shop when they were first getting started and now they don't need the exposure/business, I'm not sure. But I definitely won't hire them for any events in the future.

Ian and team at IMF Visions are the BEST of the best! If you read nothing else, read this-- He will see and deliver the greatest story of your day! Working with him was incredible. Not only in their cinematic production, but as professionals and kind, compassionate people. Ian filmed my sister's wedding a decade ago and when I got engaged in February of 2020 he was the first vendor I booked. He is high in demand and worked with us as we moved each wedding date throughout the pandemic. He introduced me to many of the other vendors I hired (and LOVED) -- Wedding Planner 808, DJ Kurious, Party Pix Hawaii, and more.Ian filmed our Love Story and Cinematic (wedding day) Highlight, both of which were shown during our reception. He allowed me to say no to some good ideas that he presented with no pressure which is a really big deal. He understood what I was asking for and never made me feel bad for asking for what I wanted. He and Janice (Wedding Planner 808) offered and arranged a live stream for both wedding and reception. Our final edit was amazing and he truly shared all the profound, fun, and loving moments of our day! He provided us with extremely professional photographers for our engagement shoot (Jeptha) and wedding (Eugene Kam).My fellow brides...you will have the photos and videos for the rest of your life. IMF was the best choice for me and I highly recommend you hire them asap. Ian and his team did such a wonderful job at our wedding in August, 2022. This was destination wedding for us and it just went so smooth, even planning from the mainland. We even had to postpone our first date which was Feb. 2022, and there was no hiccups there, the date being moved went so smoothly and eased all my stress. IMF is so professional from the beginning to the end. The whole team was so friendly and made everything so fun! I was beyond thrilled with our video! I watch it over and over and it never gets old. Ian and his team are amazing! I'm very awkward when it comes to posing and everything like that but they sure know how to instruct you so that you look flawless! They make you feel comfortable the entire time even though you know you have so many eyes on you!The same day edit they did for my wedding was so impressive as well!
