IL Gelato Hawaii

Great flavors! And when you happen to beat the crowd, you can sample a lot of them. Best flavors in my opinion:Haleiwa Sunrise (mix of fruit sorbets)StrawberryRaspberryNext time I will have to try Lychee. The ube cookies and cream is very popular, but while good, it didn't go well with any of the fruit sorbets I liked.

My girlfriend and I stopped by here to grab a quick snack. The store looked like a typical Gelato place and the staff were friendly. We got their birthday cake and Ube cookies and cream flavors. Both tasted really good and they gave decent portions.

Stumbled upon several IL Gelato's while walking around the Waikiki area and popped into one of the stores for a treat since it was quite warm out.The two workers inside were welcoming and patient as we looked through the flavor options available. We were also offered samples to try before selecting. In the end, we went with a Regular 2 Scoop of Ube Cookies & Cream (~$8) which was the smallest size available. If you're a fan of regular cookies & cream, this ube variation takes it to the next level with a subtle taste of ube and cookie chunks, topped with a crispy waffle. No indoor seating available but there are a couple outdoor tables to enjoy the gelato. It does melt pretty quickly, especially being outside.. eat quick!

Our kids favorite place to get crepes for breakfast or late night dessert when we're staying nearby!

Everything was OK nothing seemed to exceptional or stood out and my guest who was craving gelato. Loved it.

After climbing Diamond Head we stopped in for a coffee gelato. It was excellent. Only complaint is the foul smells coming from the street. The little gelato store was basically surrounded by street stink. Take it to go!

Acai bowl and Gelato were yummy. They let you sample the Gelato so you can pick your flavor.

Absolutely love their fresh options! The afogato is amazing! They also have fun flavors that include Ube!!

Visited this location right on Waikiki after dinner at a nearby restaurant because we were trying to walk off dinner. Luckily, when we came in the line was not that bad and of course the staff is super gracious because they're dealing with all the tourists.They will let you sample as well, which is fantastic and ended up getting the macadamia and Kona coffee The Kona coffee flavor is absolutely on point not too strong not too sweet. You are not hunting to figure out if it is made out of Kona coffee and the complementary mild macadamia nut flavor is amazing. You definitely have to come here. You have to try this gelatoIt is probably the best on Oahu!

Kona coffee gelato is awesome. Their waffle cone is really good too. Located inside the international market place food hall. I tried macadamia nut which was also very delicious. Raspberry chocolate was also delicious. So was passionfruit.
