Let me tell you, you'll get addicted to this coffee! Located inside Soley Aloha, the owner is super friendly and so easy to talk to! He explains the coffees he has and they're so unique, as well as the syrups he has that you can add. I got the specialty latte which used his City Limits brew as the base. Then he added the blueberry crush syrup. Omg.. This was one of the best coffees/lattes I've ever had! My only complaint was that it didn't come in a bigger cup lol.The coffee was super smooth and creamy and didn't have any bite/bitterness to it at all. It can get rather pricey but it's such quality coffee that it's worth it.

I haven't been much of a coffee drinker ever since I started drinking matcha. However we were waiting for a table so we could go eat & happened to be browsing the nearby shops. When we stumbled upon Ignition Coffee. He offered us a sample & both my boyfriend as well as his friend bought a cup. Plus George's buddy visiting from Cali took home some souvenir coffee bags too.I'll need to get my own cup the next time we're in the area playing tourist.Until next time.XOXO,ChelsieFletcher

I wish there were 7 stars. Honestly. I'm a coffee snob, fanatic , whatever you wanna call me. I know good coffee and I know bad coffee. It's a passion. But I have to say this place is by far the best espresso drinks I have EVER had en me vida total. It's hard to find words , but the beans they use are from another planet. Then you add a Barista maestro. Vola! If you are anywhere near Paia you need to come here. They don't have much in the way of signage or advertising. It's in a clothing shop. Look for it.

Located inside a clothing store it was a nice surprise. The owner's sibling was working and he was a super nice kid. Latte was very tasty and ingot this special coffee that they called cherry cola, and really tasted of cherries (not flavored, just the notes of the bean). Also got an iced latter, very good coffee, please support them!

Insanely good. Serious dedication here with coffee flown in from around the world. Inside a boutique. Don't be dissuaded. Go in. BTW great conversation with the barista. So enjoyable.

Great service and got to talking with the man working and offered each other recommendations on coffee which was great. Made me a great americano with the Fruit Punch from Black & White Roasters.

Just got some coffee from Kula Country Market and it was great! I'm more so not happy about the service. It was crowded at the market and busy, so I understand that businesses get slammed while there. However, I was there with my 2 kids. One screaming in my arms and another asking for a million things. I was in line and ordered, my sister also wanted something so I added a second drink. I then changed a drink on the order before they finished ringing me up. An older gentleman helping me said "Service with a smile, service with a smile" clearly annoyed that I had changed my order. That was so uncalled for to say it to me and the other customers around. No compassion for a customer with a crying baby in arm and another kid asking for things. Literally just a mom who wants some coffee to function.

Stopped in for a pick up, late afternoon. Latte was great and so was the service !Also brought some coffee beans to go. Was the pick up I needed. Great time in Paia, Maui Ernest

They came to our school to provide coffee to the teachers and it was amazing! I had the nitro cold brew and it was delicious! The hot was awesome to see as a vehicle for their coffee stand! Great service and coffee!
