I tried to reach them for 3 days straight and emailed and they didn't even bother to reply to say no they couldn't for email. I always purchased my school photos from them but they really let me down. I was only in town for a week, but half of the week I had to go to Kauai so I was trying to plan accordingly. They didn't even answer the ONE TIME out of the multiple calls I made, to even recommend another place if they couldn't do it. Unprofessional, if I hadn't drove past to make sure they were operational, I would've thought they were actually officially out of business.I don't know what happened to them at all.My grama has cancer so I tried to have a family professional photo with her before she has complications, unfortunately I had to take iPhone pictures to make due. Luckily my boyfriend is a professional photographer and print manager and can help me edit them. He couldn't come on the trip to take them, so I figured the original place I continuously went to could've helped.Very very disappointed in them.

Just got off the phone with them and the only solution they could offer for the terrible photo they took of my daughter was return everything for a full refund or just take what we gave you. I called them on Monday to ask about a retake. No one called me back so I waited a full week before calling again and they said that we had missed the retake because it was done on Friday. They continued to claim that they never received my phone call, but in my opinion, that's just poor and disorganized business. And then the only solution to be you get no pictures or just get the ones that we took unacceptable. How in this day and age can you not know how to Photoshop or make an adjustment to a picture to fix your mistake? I'll be making sure that I talk to everyone at school about this and will be going with another company next year.

The owner took my child's portrait today at kapalama elementary and she described the photographer's direction as being mean and rude. For someone who was excited to take their portraits ended having a bad experience and not being able to put on her best smile. Just a word of advice. Customer service is always priority over talent. No matter if you are the #1 portrait studio on the island. If you cant speak to a kid and make them comfortable then you shouldn't be in the business of making people smile.

I dunno what people are complaining about. My son's pics came out super cute. He said the photographer asked him if it was ok if he fixed his hair and he told him yes. Seems like they had disposable combs because my son came home with the comb. His hair looked perfs in the pic. I really don't understand all the negative reviews. His preschool used a different photo company and they never bothered to fix the kids' hair, which was irritating. I mean, even the teacher could help fix their hair. Why blame the photographer? They're photographers, not magicians. I think most of the people leaving reviews are not familiar with photography costs. See what $50-$100 will get you with another photographer. In most cases, that won't even cover the sitting fee.

Very poor customer service.. very sassy.. they would not let me order my kids photos as I was late in ordering them.. I know that's my fault but they told me all they had were expensive packages.. not helpful.. they have been around soooo long.. So sad..

Disappointed that they don't do retake photos of my son's 5th grade grad photos. They took a horrible angle of him looking like a big double chin. You pay for GRAD photos and you can't retake.

My 3 kids took pictures with their school and when I got my oldest son's pictures he was doing the WRONG pose. I purposely chose the pose I chose because he had a bandage on his arm and the pose I chose would've hid it more. I called the number on the envelope and the guy who answered checked for my order and told me I DID circle pose A (the correct one) and did say "yeah, it's like in between pose A and pose B. Idk why they made him cross his arms like that" but proceeded to give me only two options- return the pictures for a full refund or keep the pictures. How does that help me in anyway?! Sounds more like it benefits them even tho THEY are the ones who made the mistake I asked him if I could keep the pictures and receive a partial refund and he said no. I'm so upset that I paid for these pictures and paid for something I do not like. Also, they don't do retakes for spring pictures. If I get the refund then I have pictures of my other two kids but not my oldest. I'm so upset with this horrible customer service!

Very unprofessional and rude! Called about a class picture that my child wasn't included in. Employee was very rude, interrupted me while I was talking, laughed at me, while I was explaining the problem. Started to argue with me as well. Demanded to speak to the Manager, who at the beginning refused to come on the phone. He finally comes on and was very rude and sarcastic. I made a complaint about the service given and Manager sided with the employee. Soon after, we started to argue. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!Now I can see why the reviews of this company is low. Sad!!!!

If I could rate this at 0 stars I would! First person who answered the phone was a really rude guy & he thought that them or our children school/kids losing not just 1 or 2 but 3 kids money envelopes & 1 child's form was funny. He didn't know if he was the manager or not but said he guess he was at the moment. When asked for a higher person in charge- a manager he put another guy on the phone which he also didn't let us know who he was or his position in the business! Pictures isn't cheap first and foremost! Myself and family own multiple businesses and the way the owner of this business spoke to me and especially my wife isn't professional nor acceptable, He blamed not just my children but their school for the lost order paper and money!! This had happened to my family 2 years ago with this company and needed to cancel our check and pay over the phone with a card to complete the order then. After him talking all kinds of smacks to my wife he insisted on talking to me instead knowing I could hear him (my wife told him and introduced us), I was already upset because the way he was speaking to my wife and after all the back and forth he said he will fix the order but NEVER ORDER THROUGH THEM AGAIN (for 1 we didn't have an option- the school goes through them & 2 we really never want to give them business again on our end) . He was just going on and on and tried to say he didn't say things to my wife I heard over our Bluetooth of our car parked in our driveway and was just over him and his attitude! I asked for his business address so we could speak face to face LIKE MEN & then he pulled the, "YOU ARE THREATENING ME" I don't know how businesses like this are still open and running with people with this kind of stink attitude and wise remarks. He knew his employee started off bad as he stated to me yet he didn't make the situation any better nor talked the way he should've knowing he is the owner. We also confirmed with our children, (eldest daughter who took the money in the envelopes & their picture forms in when my kids were dropped off by myself) & confirmed with the school. LANCE COULD HAVE BEEN SPOKEN TO WITH MUCH MORE RESPECT IF HE COULD'VE BEEN MORE CONSIDERATE HEARING WE PAID FOR 3 KIDS $150 WORTH OF MONIES WAS GIVEN!!!!! Instead they had different excuses and rather argue with families
