I had the best time here at Hot Yoga Waikiki. I did a hot Pilates class for the first time and I was so nervous. I've never done it before and I was worried that I wasn't going to be able to keep up but the class was very beginner friendly. There's plenty of parking. The view is amazing. The class was welcoming and engaging. There's equipment to rent if you need. You are able to bring your own equipment.I absolutely enjoyed this class and I encourage everyone to try it!! I'm from socal and love Bikram and wanted to find a place while I was visiting Oahu, Hawaii. This place is in a great location in Waikiki. The studio was clean plenty of times available staff was great. They have a remote instructor, but it' did not bother me at all if you are familiar with Bikram. Easy check-in !!

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!!!! If I could give this place negative one hundred stars I would. This place is a complete scam. Charging $28 per class for a VIRTUAL instructor who is on Zoom from her kitchen not even demonstrating the yoga poses. At no point was I warned about the VIRTUAL format of this class. I only found out when I walked into the studio and saw a TV broadcasting the Zoom. In addition to that the entire class was being filmed without our verbal consent. Those were the first two red flags. I left the class within the first 10 minutes and I'm so glad that I did. After I left I asked the studio for a refund stating that I was mislead based on the class listings on Yelp and MINDBODY. The owner of the studio argued back that the descriptions of the class state the virtual nature. I am attaching screenshots of the MINDBODY and website class descriptions here in my review - clearly proving that they DO NOT include anything about Zoom being part of the class. If I wanted a virtual class I would've looked for free on YouTube from the comfort of my own home. After the "class" I read the negative reviews on Yelp and I fully expect her to respond to this with a passive aggressive message, and that should just tell you everything that you need to know. I repeat - STAY AWAY.

I just had my first class here and loved it. Class size was comfortable and not too crowded, heat level of the room was perfect and not overwhelmingly hot. Loved the high intensity and it's extremely challenging so you can modify as you need. Lisa is one of the best instructors I've had! Lots of positive energy and motivating.

Wasn't going to leave a review but I couldn't get over how creepy this experience was. At no point do they tell you that this is a fully virtual zoom yoga class and the teacher is just like watching you the entire time/calling your name out when she's correcting your form. I left ten minutes in and wish I had left sooner. TLDR the worst yoga class I've ever taken, wouldn't even call it that except it's still a studio somehow? For context I've been taking yoga/pilates/sculpt classes religiously for the last 6 years.

Literally the worse place i have ever done hot yoga. they have a instructor do a telecall, the instructor is not even in the studio! Also, the yoga instructor to force me to get into a hard position and would not move on with class when I couldn't reach a poise. I will say, this is the worse experience i have ever had with a yoga studio. I used to be an avid goer of hot yoga but after this place, i will never go back. PS i think they use bots to up their review

I wasn't sure what to expect from the studio but it did not disappoint! Signing up for the class was super easy, the heat was perfect, the studio was clean. It was the first time I took a virtual class in a studio but surprisingly it was just like in person. Cameras all around the studio so the instructor can see you. (Great class Whitney, thank you!) It's been many years since I've practiced 26/2 so I wasn't sure if I really wanted to do the one class but I feel so much better after going. You should check it out!

I have been to many hot yoga studios over the years, and this is in the top-rated of them all! While I am new to some of their high-tech logistics, everyone is friendly, and sign up is easy. It all makes it easy to "just show up to class". And it is a wonderful class and experience! Thank you for the small details and many improvements. See u in class!
