The Hubby and I have found our new favorite hot pot place! Shabu shabu yes! All you can eat shabu shabu for $27. EVEN BETTER!Hubby and I came here for a late lunch, and found only another couple there. Turns out, they recently opened up about 2 weeks ago, but with this place being as good as it is, I don't think it will be slow for long. We were told by the owners that they will be adding new menu items next Monday (4/19/21). So I guess I will have to stop by next week. With AYCE shabu set you order the meats through the server, then they call you up for the veggies and sauce they serve and plate it for you. All you do is point and tell them what you want and how much of it and they put it on a plate. There was a good selection of veggies, noodles, and add ons.We got the miso-shoyu broth because it was listed as a favorite and it was delicious! Our server asked if it was our first time there, and we told him it was. So he replied ok I'll get you 2 of all the meat for each of you. It's like he read our mind because that's what we wanted. I'm looking forward to the new items they will be having soon. We will definitely be going back again and again.

3.5/5 rounded up to a 4. AYCE, BYOB Hotpot. $26.99Pretty good depending on what you get. Would not be my first 3 choices but definitely a place I can come back too. Service was friendly and fine. They leave a pitcher of water on your table to refill yourself. They often came back to check up on us for the first hour. They have a lot of broth choices and so far out of the 3 I tried "Ponzu Soup, Cream Peanut Soup and Spicy Beef Soup" I liked the Ponzu the best. Which honestly did not sound that great but I was wrong and it has more flavor than places like Shabuya and Hawaii Pot Shabu Shabu. Meat quality is ok. Beef cuts are lean with a fat cap on it which requires you to cook it longer so that the fat has time to soften up and taste better. Their pork belly is good just like other hotpot places. Their tongue is not very worth it. Tendon is good but pricey with the additional cost.Sauces are minimal and taste fine. The sauce that requires to be spooned out of the container next the squeeze bottles is very good I def would recommend that.I feel like this place will have a hard time competing with other establishments in the shopping center imo but hopefully it picks up soon and gets popular and better. I don't know any other places in PC where you can eat AYCE hotpot except Rokaru which I haven't been since they first opened which I honestly didn't care for.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!Absolutely in love with this place! My girlfriends and I tried this for the first time the other day. Very affordable for all-you-can-eat. There is a wide variety of broths to choose from. We actually overstayed our welcome and didn't finish until about an hour after they closed, but the owners were so nice and let us take our time. I will definitely be coming back!

Their pots can carry two kinds of soup. Oh man! The soups we ordered were so ONO with a hint of spice! yellow curry soup and tai spicy sour soup// Its all you can eat meats & veggie... so my advice is to come here... starving (= I am also glad they give rice and/or noodle options. Great hotpot spot!! By the end of the night, I was so full and happy.

My family and I were very pleased with our first visit to Pot Pit. We love going to Ichiriki for hotpot/shabu shabu but they're always busy and hard to get a table so we decided to try this place. The staff is so nice and very quick to seat you and help you and they're so mindful of what's going on. The man working there got us situated very smoothly and easily, providing us with a high chair and waters for ourselves and our 2 girls. They have simple meats, the brisket was my favorite! Lots of veggies and even seafood you can choose from in the front. A worker plates everything for you to take back to your table. There's lots of noodle choices too - glass noodle my fave.I ordered the ponzu broth and it was very good. Mixed with their sauce (I just asked the lady to make me something good) and it tasted very similar to Ichiriki's Pirikara broth which is my favorite. I can't wait to come here again! Side note: the man working there was so kind to give my daughter a free mask on our exit. It was so kind and such a nice gesture.

Visiting Sugarlina, noticed this place had just opened and having 20% off until 4/15/2021. It's an all you can hot pot, and the same owner of Pot Pot on Keeamoku. If you enjoy hot pot, and all you can eat, try this place out.

Great experience - food and service! I am definitely coming back. If you're ever in Hawaii and want some delicious spring rolls and pho, this is the place to go! Also, the woman who served us (I'm terrible for not getting her name) was super sweet. Their Thai Tea was not the best, but it's not that big of a deal; their awesome customer service and delicious dishes make up for it!

Nice, hot pot place. Hidden gem. Food is comparable to Shabuya. Same meats, a little more variety on soup add in items (veggies, noodles, seafood, etc.) Ample parking and not crowded so no long wait times. Great customer service.

Awesome place! I love the dishes and the soup tastes great! The workers are very friendly and listens to their customers. Vegetables and other ingredients are located nearby the entrance. The workers hand them over to you so just tell them which items you would like to add in to your soup. Meat are ordered through the workers. It's delicious and savory. Though they only have a couple of choices.I will come back again. Thumbs up!

Lots of variety for add ins and broths. Personally I like the broths at the Keeaumoku location better. My go to is the Kim chee broth. This time the broth seemed a little more sour and watery than usual. Still good though! The employees and service is great. There's lots of space and seating. The employees will also help serve the add ins and sauces for you and they are very generous with the portions. Very clean and spacious! Like this new style and management a lot better than the last time we came earlier in the year!
