I strongly advise against considering this service for your wedding. If you're coming from abroad and seeking a package, avoid choosing one that includes a photographer.I opted for a package that included a celebrant, photographer, ukulele player, and two flower pedestals without flowers. The celebrant received excellent reviews, and she was truly amazing, authentic, and kind. However, that's the only positive aspect of this entire ordeal.I originally wanted a photographer to capture crucial moments at my wedding, but the photos I received from Chris were majority unusable.Many of the pictures were overexposed, with blown-out faces, incorrect lenses, irrelevant shots, leaning tower of Waikiki, taking photos that would suit the hotel, making it look like it cloudy instead of capturing the amazing blue skies and a delay of over four weeks in delivery for this specific product. When I raised these concerns with Chris, I encountered arrogance, a lack of willingness to listen, and excuses for every issue, even after consulting a professional photographer for possible salvaging.I had requested RAW files and unedited photos, but I received 600 photos in a JPEG format, limiting any further editing beyond standard filters. Out of those 600, barely 100 were usable.I asked for a refund since I couldn't use the photos and was hesitant to display them on my wall.However, I was denied a refund and told that I should have chosen a more expensive package and booked directly rather than through my wedding planner.In reality, I had booked everything myself, and my wedding planner only contacted them to inquire about the lack of communication before the wedding.While the initial package seemed too good to be true, I now deeply regret booking the photographer through this company and wish I had hired my own photographer separately.If you're seeking a service that embodies rudeness, arrogance, and endless excuses, then this company is the perfect choice.

We decided to go with Honolulu Wedding Group solely based on their quick response, easy options for packages, and so many other things. This company worked with us every step of the way for everything. The process was seamless. You can add or take off anything you want for your wedding and the invoice is updated immediately. Seriously, it was SO easy. They even arranged a passenger van for my family the day before the wedding. The bouquet, and the make up done by Sarah was STUNNING. Do not be afraid to go with this company. Nothing will go wrong. Amazing officiant who gave us a beautiful ceremony. Very friendly and flexible photographer who takes any type of request for photos. 10/10!!!! Thank you all for giving us the Hawaiian wedding of our dreams !!!

I wish I could give 100000 stars. Eric and his group were amazing and made our day definitely one to remember. The pictures turned out amazing. The hair and make up artist, Lisa, worked wonders on me. The ukelele player was great! And our officiant was wonderful. Our friends and family loved our wedding and called it magical. Eric definitely exceeded our expectations. He made the process stress free and super easy as I planned it from southern cali. He got back to me really quickly too, before and even after the wedding with any questions I had. I can't thank you guys enough!!

My god! My wedding day was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Eric took care of everything! In short, Eric made my wedding day perfect, he arranged the decorations, location, photography and videographer. Trust me when I say you will not regret hiring Eric, not only was it beautiful but it was super affordable too. While I was shopping around for wedding planning companies Eric was quick to respond, provided pricing immediately and answered all of my questions. There were many wedding packages to choose from and we definitely were happy with the one we chose.

My Wife and I are very happy and please to have chosen Honolulu Wedding Group, Erick who is a very nice and great person with beautiful soul did and amazing job setting up everything, from the location, flowers, the Ukulele player, photos everything. Honolulu Wedding Group shot our wedding at Waimea Valley. Eric and Anna were there early for us and stayed late. We really appreciate the dedication to the job. We had rain, drunk uncles, etc. and they didn't miss a beat. The photography and organization was exceptional. They made it easy on us and delivered photos that I'm proud to display. The slow shutter making the waterfall have action.. Muah! I love it. All of the moments that were captured candidly are so special to us. I'm not sure how to express how much I appreciate you two. so... thank y'all so much.

Eric was amazing! I'm so happy we went this route, everything was stress free. If I had any questions or concerns, eric responded right away. The day of the wedding it was like a dream! Everything was so beautiful and everyone involved was so kind, the ukulele musician played amazing and even made me start to cry. Our officiant was the best, we was so nice! He could tell we were nervous in the beginning so he paused and told of some kind words that helped us out a lot. When we got our pictures and videos back, they came out so beautiful, everything I had hoped for! So if you are looking for something affordable, with a beautiful setting and an Amazing team, then look no further!! Book Honolulu wedding group, you wont be disappointed!

Eric was extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. He did not deliver on things that were contracted. He made decisions and changes without the consent of the point of contact. We did not know until we arrived and the ceremony was about to begin that items that we paid extra for he decided "wouldn't look good" and left them at home. This was not his ceremony to make that kind of decision, especially without speaking to the individuals who paid for what they wanted. He pointed the fingers and did not take responsibility or accountability for any of the mishaps, nor did he offer any real solutions.As a business owner myself, I understand that sometimes things go wrong and not as planned. However, it is our responsibility to do the everything that we can to deliver and make our guests and clients happy. Instead, we were made to feel like we were at fault that things that were promised to us was not delivered.The one positive from our experience with Eric and Honolulu Wedding Group was the officiant. I don't remember her name, but she was amazing! She was able to calm down the rightfully upset bride and completely changed the tense atmosphere. Her calming and kind presence was exactly what was needed in our situation.We don't feel that we got the service or treatment that we paid for and I would not recommend Eric or this company to anyone.

I was struggling to find an officiant for my wedding in Honolulu when I happened to call Honolulu Wedding Group based on a google search. At the end of my first conversation with Eric, I wish I had found him much earlier in my planning phase. He offered so many suggestions and made the rest of my wedding plans much easier to execute. He took care of the floral arrangement and I also took the photographer's plan. Let me tell you, my pictures are amazing. You can tell (see attached). I am from the Caribbean and my guests were stunned by the ceremony, myself included. Thanks so much, Eric and team.
