Honolulu Sushi

Tonight I ordered from Honolulu Sushi through InstaCart... They had a special for "Buy-one get-one free" on their teriyaki chicken bowls. I accidentally placed three in the cart not realizing that it wouldn't just automatically add the fourth free bowl. I tried to correct it but InstaCart wouldn't let me make the change. I called the restaurant and she asked me to try to cancel it. After trying I couldn't so I just chalked it up to my own fault. When my order arrived I had FOUR bowls and a sweet note from the restaurant. THIS is a great example of amazing customer service. I will order again because of them going the extra mile for us. Not only that, but the food was wonderful! What's great way to start off 2025! Thank you!

Don't let the food court ambiance fool you! Great quality sushi, reasonably priced, great, quick service. Have gone to other "fancy" sushi restaurants in the area, and this is way better. Will be back! Pic of #37 (63)

So my friend and I were walking by and he wanted to eat at the burger joint next to this place. I got the ahi sushi box. It wasn't bad but wasn't terrific either. The ahi was pretty fresh but could have been better. Also when I was paying I noticed baby cockroaches running around the ipad. Kind of a turnoff I'm afraid. I won't return

Projectile vomited 3 hours after eating. The saying "you get what you pay for" rings true. Fish quality is alright, fattier than other restaurants around. I saw someone handling food in the kitchen without gloves, specifically the rice. The place to sit was quiet but can get easily crowded during dinner rushes.

ordered through doordash got a lot of food with no soy sauce wasabi or ginger. the fact that they don't include this with a $70 order is outrageous. completely ruined my night and ruined my meal there was no way for us to get any soy sauce wasabi or Ginger for our sushi and I called the complain and they told me that that was standard so if you order from there make sure you tell them you need the standard condiments that come with sushi or they won't give them to you.

Ordered take out from here. The cuts of fish offered here are both of low quality and poorly cut. I have never seen such badly mangled sushi before in my life. The fish itself was overly firm as well and reminded me of previously frozen fish. To their credit the portions are on the larger side. None of the fish seemed old to me and the garnish used was fresh.

sushi was flavorful and great! the service was fast. the location on google maps was off and a little hard to find, but I was able to call and get directions. The location is south of Kuhio off Lewers next to the Oasis Hotel.

The food is solid, easy and clean location and the staff is super friendly! Definitely would recommend for sushi in the area.

Their staff and service was excellent and their food was even better! The man at the register was nice enough to recommend their other restaurant, Honolulu Tacos.

Way to much rice ratio and not much filling and filling in sushi wasn't so great either
