Honolulu Souvenirs

Asked for a Hawaiian flag & the guys said they only had one left so I purchased it for $30.00. Got home and opened the package only to find that it was the American flag. I called immediately and no answer and the receipt says "all sales final." I'm hoping they'll allow an exchange but check and try on EVERYTHING if you shop from here.

I was there a couple weeks ago. There was only myself and an Asian couple there. The owner completely ignored me but fussed over the other couple including following them out with a "free gift" for their $20 purchase. I found about $200 worth of decent gifts and souvenirs including the most adorable matching outfits for my dogs. No free gift but it didn't really matter. Customer service -2 stars but cute goodies and close proximity to Waikiki resorts +5 stars. I gave them 4 since they had such a wide selection.

Bad service, I was just trying to look around for souvenirs to buy and one of the store clerks made me feel like he thought that I was going to steal. He brought me a basket, pointed to the register to pay, and told me the prices of the key chain ringlets. I was genuinely looking to buy the ringlets and the store clerk made me feel like a "criminal". I chose not to support their company and gave the basket back.

Poor customer service. Lady staff was rude and had a "I hate my life" attitude. Everything is overpriced. Souvenirs are not that great. You can get better ones at ABC stores.

This store was somewhat friendly until the end. They had advertised 20% off when buying $100. They did not honor this discount and were very deceptive about what was going on. Would not recommend this store at all.
