Had a party and needed a tent on super short notice. I didn't know my building changed the rules and was unable to provide covering on the pool deck for my guests due to a recent incident. Was kinda stressed looking for someone who could set up a secured covering at a reasonable price. Luckily found Honolulu party rentals. Ryan promptly returned my call and worked within my budget. He promised to come by at 730am and arrived on time! Wut?? Yup! Set up took 30 min (to haul everything up to the pool deck and put everything together) and ryan came back for the breakdown at the agreed time. Ultra professional, respectful, and reasonable. Def will use these guys again!

Great service! I rented a tent package for an outdoor wedding! Their package includes the speaker, microphone, tables, chairs, and anything else that you can ask for. Ryan and richard are the personnel that I have stayed in contact with, they suggest ideas too on how to make your event better! Thank you!

Did a 20 x 40 tent/canopy for a family party and got good service at a reasonable price and the setup guys were courteous and very careful. The setup was on a sealed stone paved pool deck that is easily scratched and our resident manager is very fastidious (a good thing!). I provided them with some material to cover the ends of the poles and they were very careful not to damage the deck or surroundings. I am the type of person that likes to talk to a person when I call a company and while I was a bit concerned with the the initial phone contact (had to leave messages most of the time) DO NOT let that deter you as they do follow up and follow through. Highly recommended!

My group was planning a small birthday party for my niece and were running into many obstacles! Our family reached out to Ryan and his awesome crew and they did above and beyond what we requested! Ryan is very professional and very resourceful. He helped to navigate me through all the different rules and regs for the different park areas! He and his crew came earlier to set up and provided us with excellent service! They treated us like family! The following are some key things that stuck out to me and my group:1: Attitude: Professional and family friendly! From our first phone call to our last Alohas after the birthday party, Ryan and his crew did ALL that they could to make this birthday party just absolutely amazing! At the end of the day as we were all saying goodbye, it was like saying thank you to family.2: Selection of rental items: HUGE selection of items! Pretty much everything we requested he had or he knew how to access it! Adult sized Jenga....if you don't know about it, learn about it! Great hit with the parents at the birthday party!3: Communication: One of the key things in any type of party planning is good communication. From the start, communication was very clear (even in my last minute frazzled state). After our initial phone call, he emailed me a very detailed quote within a few minutes!4: Payment options: Honolulu Party Rentals has so many ways to pay which made it so CONVENIENT for me. You can pay online, at the office, or pay at the set up site. If you have ever planned a party, having the option to pay online makes life so much easier! I definitely recommend Honolulu Party Rentals to EVERYONE looking to rent items for your next event!

If your tryna find a great party rental company who is reliable and does there duty and service with aloha this one is for you. I will forever be grateful for there help with my party event. Also there driver was very understanding on my descriptions and they made sure to fulfil my needs before leaving. Will be booking with them again soon.

Horrible, unreliable and inconsiderate! 15 minutes after our scheduled pick up time I called them and they said the driver was 15 to 20 minutes away which was already irritating. We waited almost TWO HOURS after the scheduled pick up time for them to pick up the tables. And they still weren't there. No answer from the delivery girl. NEVER AGAIN!! AND I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Super happy with the service and workers..the 13x13 pink castle bouncer was perfect for our baby 1st bday. I would highly recommend this company!

Thanks to Honolulu Party Rentals for providing a beach package for my family reunion. We ordered tables, chairs, cotton candy machine and a bounce house from them. They were professional and came early to set items up. Price included set up and delivery. Ane was very friendly and professional on the phone while I made reservations. I came across their ad in Hawaii Parent Magazine. Originally was going to order their 24-foot slide, but realized they had other things that I needed. Thanks to the new local professional party rental company, our reunion was a success!
