Overall really good experience! Prob a 4.5 star, but rounding up for reasons below. Place is nestled in corner of Stix Asia basement food court. The Taiwanese beef noodle soup is pretty solid. As others have noted, it is a little bland, and misses some of the richness of flavor you'd expect from a beef noodle soup in Taiwan. With that said, the beef has great flavor, and is super tender. Midway through I had already forgotten about the soup flavor, and was very much enjoying the beef. Noodles were solid. Portion size is solid too. Fried tofu and pork chops were both great! They both had a nice crispiness on the outside with soft tender inside. This is probably a hallmark of Taiwanese pork cutlets, as compared to some other countries, so i highly recommend both if you come here. Service was very quick. Waitress was super friendly and polite. Def a solid choice in the area.

Dont have opinions on noodlesNeo loco moco- this is a really nice take on loco moco (despite me not even trying that many loco moco in my life). Meats are minced enough to mix into the rice along with the soft boiled eggs with the runny egg yolk. Cause I shared it with my family, I wish I got this bowl all to myselfSoup: was spicy sour soup so personally not a huge fan5/5 love loco moco

Located in the back of the Styx food hall, this place hit the spot for a bowl of beef broth noodles. Noodles cooked perfectly and the broth had a delicious and light flavor. Super friendly staff and quick service!

Located in the basement of the Waikiki Shopping Plaza on Kalaukaua Avenue. The basement food court has been renovated to the Asia Stix dining area. Perhaps one of the featured restaurants is the Beef Noodle &Co. I highly recommend their a Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup: rich beef broth, stewed beef brisket chunks, pak choy, and their spicy chili sauce and pickled vegetables. They offer a great lunch special at $15! I also loved their shrimp fried rice! Beer, and milk tea boba drinks!

The food wasn't great here. Luckily I only ordered a small beef noodle so I didn't waste a whole lot of money here. But the broth was super bland. Even with the pickles and spicy butter they give you on the side - it didn't save the soup. Was really disappointed.

Not a bad place to get your Taiwanese beef noodle soup fix. This restaurant is located in the Stix Asian Food Hall in Waikiki. Parking in Waikiki is kind of tough, but otherwise if you're able to get to the shop, there's plenty of seating in the restaurant itself.Service is quick and friendly, and I was seated very promptly! I ordered gyoza and the beef noodles. Both came out quickly. I think the beef noodles were ok, it was kind of small for the price (pretty steep at $22, which is what you'd expect for Waikiki however). I kind of wish the broth was more umami, and the beef pieces were a bit chewy for my taste, but overall it wasn't bad! The gyoza was crispy and juicy, so I did like that!Overall if you're in the area it's not a bad option, but I do have other favorites for beef noodle soup.

Popcorn chicken and noodles were good. Gyoza was a little too oily. Prices were average for Waikiki. Service was quick. Parking validation for 2 hours.

Came here for dinner tonight on a Tuesday and it was pretty busy but it was Christmas Eve so we have to take that into account. We had no trouble getting a table. We were sat very quickly. It was pretty busy in there, but the service was pretty good, but they only had one server. I would recommend getting the pork chop with fried rice as well as the beef noodle soup here. As a Taiwanese person, this is very close to the type of food that I eat in Taiwan usually and if you're craving that type of flavor, I would definitely recommend coming here for a meal if you want that specific cuisine. Overall, if you have the time and stomach and mood for it. I would definitely come here if you're looking for a great Taiwanese spot to go to.

Loved the potstickers we got from noodle and co! Definitely the star of our food journey through Stix Asia. Even though we were quite full already, I have no regrets in ordering these potstickers. Crispy on the outside with wonderful filling. Highly recommend
