#50 of 52 (weeks of trying a new restaurant at least once a week)Honolulu Mochi was at a farmers market we hadn't been to before and I was craving something sweet and saw them on the way out. I decided on the chocolate covered strawberry mochi. It was really good! The strawberry was sweet and the mochi was yummy.

Ordered a variety of mochi. The strawberry chocolate was delicious. Service was ok. Ambiance was nice for a pop up event located in the parking lot outside of pearlridge mall. She ran out of a lot of items, so I need to make a return visit.

Purchased at their pop up at Bloomingdale's Ala Moana - Sat. It was nice and soft and lots of filling. They were out of most flavors but the ones I had were tasty. The packaging is nice and protects the mochi from being damaged in transport. Other people told me they already purchased some earlier. If they are there when you are there they are soft and tasty. They are at a craft fair according to their website. They answered my question and were friendly.

Pick Picked up a few mochi for Gril's day and I enjoyed all the favors I got from them. Their mochi are freshly made everyday and not too sweet. Highly recommend their matcha, red bean, taro, chocolate peanut butter and fresh strawberry mochi! Owner is very friendly also. Small local business but full of deliciousness and all types of mochi and goodies to try! They come to Pearlridge farmer market every Saturday 8-12pm, Wai Kai market Thursday 4-8pm and Kaiser high school Tuesday 4-6pm.

My Aunty purchased this mochi for our family dinner. She brought okinawan sweet potato, Nutella, peanut butter, and chocolate peanut butter. The mochi itself does not have much sweetness to it. It is more like plain mochi that is eaten during New Years. The filling is the only thing that it gives it the additional flavor. If you do not like sweets, this mochi is perfect for you.It comes nicely packaged individually. My Aunty tried to contact them through text with no reply. I'm not sure if they are a small business and are unable to keep up with the demand.I will definitely be checking them out on my own one day to see what other flavors they have.

Honolulu Mochi had a booth set up at the farmers market in the parking lot of Pearlridge Shopping Center, and I'm so happy I stopped by. After looking at their mochi selection, I decided to get a fresh strawberry mochi and a double chocolate mochi cookie. The fresh strawberry Mochi was really good! It wasn't overly sweet or tart! I would definitely go back to try the different mochi flavors.

Bought some Mochi at the farmer's market. Came home to eat it and mom and I both got a mean stomachache. We had it in an ice chest the entire time we went out and didn't park in the sun. We tried a few other Mochi and sadly it was tasteless or didn't taste like it said it was supposed to be. So disappointed.

I happened to come across a little kiosk that they had set up in Bloomingdale's or Nordstrom in a Sunday while at the mall (sorry, can't remember what store I was in). Anyway, they had several varieties of Mochi and a Mochi cookie and a few other things. I just got a few items to try and boy was I delightfully surprised. Their Mochi was absolutely delicious. So delicious in fact that I looked them up online and found that they have a booth at the Pearlridge farmers market on Saturdays so went there the very next Saturday to purchase more Mochi. Got the Oreo cookie, the coffee, Nutella, peanut butter and the Mochi cookie and they were all delicious. Peanut butter was my favorite. This place is way better than two ladies on the big island. The Mochi is soft but not too soft and the fillings are perfect. Will buy over and over again.
