Owner from Honolulu Kitchen in Waipahu opened space that was Island Manapua. There is a variety on menu. Our order was roast pork plate and shoyu chicken plate. Shoyu chicken was boneless over white rice. Roast pork was soft with slight crispy and skin was not crispy. We will come again for jai.IG page is Honolulu kitchen.

We ordered Singapore noodles and House special chow fun. Came in large portion. The host was very nice. She explained that the shop has been around for decades. There is a recent change in owner but the chef is the same Cantonese chef that has been working there for decades. Located in a shopping center catering mainly for locals, so the price is very reasonable (unlike those in Waikiki). Plenty of parking there.
