Definitely the worst ghost tour I've ever been to. Our group of 7 was lead by a guide who barely new the stories or facts. We could barely follow along what he was saying and he barely told us what paranormal activities would be witnessed at any given site. We walked maybe a 2-3 block radius before concluding our tour. Our guide offered to extend our tour at the end and we all declined. What a waste of time. There was supposed to be another family joining our tour and they promptly left at the beginning.I tried reaching out to customer service and they eventually just ghosted after saying they'll look into the matter.

This specific tour did not include a pub crawl. The "host" did not identify himself as being part of the tour he just started telling stories in front of the meeting statue. We stood for 20 minutes listening to his stories and didn't move until 21 minutes into this "tour". We walked a few blocks to a bank that was another place of "interest". We stood there for another 13 minutes and listened to a story. We walked back to the statue where the tour ended. I had purchased extra add on ghost monitoring devices that we did not receive, and I pre-tipped the "guide" for standing in place for almost the entire tour. I also pre paid for a plush ghost that I did not receive. I will NEVER book another tour through TripAdvisor. After I wrote them about my experience, they refused to refund me without an explanation.

I would definitely do the other haunt experience if possible. The man that was doing our tour was not great, definitely info-dumping and the souvenirs were half wrong!! Felt a little unprofessional.

I love ghost tours and really enjoyed the Honolulu Haunts tour. It was well paced and the stories were really interesting. I felt like I got a great sense of some of Hawaii's history. Would recommend as a fun evening activity!

If I could give this tour ZERO STARS, I would. The tour guide was absolutely horrible! He read everything from a book which he wasn't familiar with. He spoke too softly and stuttered. My group had 5 people and we could not hear anything from the guide. The guide had to use gps for a 1/2 mile walking tour and he still got lost. At least do a dry run before you work with paying customers. The last straw was when our tour guide left us behind. Half the group didn't make it across a traffic light and instead of waiting for us, he kept walking and left us! The experience was so horrible we quit the tour halfway through. The person who paid for the tour called to ask for a refund or at least partial refund and his number got blocked. There are better ghost tours out there. Steer clear of this one.

A very interesting tour with many new insights. The tour guide, Maggie, provides a very animated presentation that keeps the narrative flowing.

Eve was my tour guide and was very attentive (gave a curtisy text with directions in case we couldn't find the meet up location). Also very knowledgeable and gave lots details throughout, while also allowing time for questions. I highly recommend and it is okay for pre-teens/ teens if you want to make it a family affair.

Getting there early waiting for my tour guide Maggie I had the opportunity to stand in front of the statue of king Kamehameha looking at the palace behind me. It was a nice calm before taking the tour. Not knowing I was near a few hotspots for supernatural activity. Ignorance is bliss in my tour guide. Maggie shows up with this energy of excitement, wearing a smile on her face. My initial thought was she is super excited to be scaring some people, but come to find out. Maggie is a schoolteacher that loves telling stories, and it shows she's amazing at setting the scene telling a story, her excitement and love her history make me excited and wanting to learn more. The tour itself was very interesting. I'm not sure if I believe in supernatural things, but the tour made me curious and want to do my own research at one point we were walking by a building, and I thought I was suffering from a hangover from the previous night of the bar crawl so I was feeling nauseous and as we were walking and went away the tour guy Maggie was surprised that none of us threw up at that spot because she said most people get really nauseous standing at that building because of the energy . Imagine, sitting around a campfire telling ghost stories with someone who loves telling stories, and the stories are actually historical facts.
