This looked a lot livelier on youtube. The venue is really nice, food trucks are the Kakaako farmers mkt wharf side vendors and a few other vendors in tents. Not very memorable on this quiet evening.Park in the rocky dirt lot behind the mkt and fyi- porta potties only, tucked in a dark corner by the dumpsters.

This was such a fun way to spend a Friday night! I went with my family and admittedly got lost trying to find the parking lot. Note that you have to go straight through Ward Avenue then turn left to find the free parking at Honolulu Harbor Nights. There were many vendors that sold everything from plate lunches to tea to desserts to cute clothing. We stopped by a few venues and decided to grab Elephant Shack for dinner and the Tea Bros for a drink. Both places were delicious and so kind in helping us decide what to order. There's also live music that goes from 5-6 and 7-9 and the musician changes weekly. Definitely go for a fun time with friends or family on a Friday night! It's free to enter and with many vendors to choose from and free life music, we'll definitely started attending regularly! We paid around $16 for pad Thai from Elephant Shack which is on par with our spots on the island.

Need dinner on a Friday between 5pm and 9pm?Come check out Honolulu Harbor Nights on the corner of Ward Avenue and Ala Moana Boulevard! This is the former location of Fisherman's Wharf. There were many food truck options and places to sit. I was on the wooden deck, under an umbrella (because it rained a bit). There was live music and even a convenient restroom! Look for the trailer (with steps) towards the back of the market. It was air-conditioned, had a sink in each of the units, and it was clean! There is a nice view of the Friday night Fireworks that the Hilton provides! The free parking was a bonus!Go early and beat the crowds!

I've been to Honolulu Harbor nights a few times and I really recommend it to locals and out of state friends. Best thing to do is follow them on IG so you know which vendors will be there and the dates. It's usually Friday nights between 5-9pm. The reasons I love this open market event.. Well it's open and great ventilation and big area to walk around enjoy the vendors. Plenty of free parking, various food, jewelry, craft vendors etc.., plenty of benches and tables to eat, Beer/wine garden, live music, no entrance fees, and Dog Friendly! Very good vibe and perfect for families and dates and friends. I checked out #ruxfoodtruck and it was delicious! They specialize in Bao Buns either steamed or fried stuffed with shrimp tempura, pork belly, fried tofu etc..it was delicious and perfect food truck fare. Also Friday nights you can see the fireworks show and witness gorgeous sunsets!

We decided to try out the Friday night fun at the old Fisherman's Warf location.Parking: Lots of parking, super easy.Vendors: Everyone was so nice! I will say it seemed Mexican heavy for the food. Lots of different vendors selling tacos, street corn, nachos etc. This is not like a farmers market. You don't really have shopping vendors for clothes and things like that. More so just food vendors to eat and hang out on a Friday night. They have an area where they serve beer and wine and that is under a tent. I didn't see too many kids there, not really that type of vibe for a Friday night.Live music was also good. Two different ones per night I think.

I love that there's a weekly Friday night market in a convenient location with free parking! I love night markets when going out with a group of friends so everyone's different cravings are satisfied. I came here two Fridays in a row, and there were different vendors each time. One Friday had way more trucks than the other. I got the Kababa Mama falafel smash. This thing was winner! The sauce used was so flavorful and tied everything together perfectly. It was a long wait but definitely worth it! The following week I went to Streats of Aloha. I got the smoked meat plate and salmon. I love that there's a generous amount of sides. The smoked meat was perfect and the onions were top tier. The only downside of this is that there is barely any seating. There's a nice deck area with a lot of open space for people to stand and sit on the floor but definitely a lack of tables. Despite this, I will definitely be coming back!

Visited Honolulu Harbor Nights twice, located in one of the parking lots that the Kaka'ako Farmers Market occupy on Saturdays. The vibes are great, probably even better than the morning market on Saturdays, however there's a lot less options. Obviously wayy less hot and also since it is on Fridays, you can see the weekly firework that happens across the harbor on Waikiki Beach (~7:50-8pm). Parking is good and easy, there are even people guiding you to empty spots. To the food, I've been here twice, since the vendors change, I can't guarantee every vendor I speak of will be there.- California Burrito ($18-19): I got this at a food truck. I was really craving a burrito so I ordered this. I was extremely disappointed to say the least. The burrito was very small, probably only slightly bigger than my hand. The burrito was somehow DRY? I tried to drown that thing to sauce to help it but the quality just couldn't be helped, very disappointed and heartbroken. 5/10- Pork & Chicken Skewers: I don't remember the pricing or this but I think it is a filipino skewer stand. Right on one of the corners, they seem to be a consistent vendor. Delicious, very flavorful, kinda of worth it especially if you're starving. 8/10- Mama's Smash ($17): From Kababa Mama. I saw them at the Honolulu Night Market recently and unfortunately they sold out of the smash before I was able to get my hands on it so when I saw them this time I decided to try this bad boy out. It wasn't bad, but I guess just didn't live up to my expectations. My main critique is that portion size was pretty small for $17 and the patty should've been smashed onto the pita itself. I feel like it could've helped more with the flavor (of the pita bread itself) and the overall structure of it, as it was quite messy to eat and was falling apart by the half way mark. The flavor was still good though, I don't regret trying it but probably don't repurchase. 6.5/10 Overall, the night market is a nice place to visit and even just walk around if you're bored on a Friday night. There are music entertainment constantly playing and people walking their cute little dogs everywhere. I just personally would've be going here starved as the food (as per most of the markets and festivals that happen in Hawaii) are on the pricier and often disappointing side.

Wow what a selection of yummy food! Diverse food trucks and harbor views. We enjoyed the evening. Great selection of different food trucks and food from all over the world! They even have pierogis from Eastern Europe! Prices were typical of markets like that- on higher side but everything was nice and we got good service.
