I was shocked when my mother sent me the photo of the flowers she had received for Mother's Day. Doesn't look anything like the photo on the website. OK understandable I know there's substitutions to whatever value it is, but that does not look a value to what I ordered at all. Not sure what's going on with all the babies breath sticking up all over the place, and how unfortunate the flower placements are. The cohesiveness, quality, and quantity is lacking big time. Looks like a mess and where are the rest of the flowers? First time using this florist won't be using it again. Very unhappy with my purchase.

I ordered flowers around 3:45pm for next day delivery in Ward Honolulu area. They delivered before noon the next day. No issues. Thank you Honolulu Florist!

After a bad experience with another florist I came to them with a last minute emergency and they absolutely came through for me and my mom.I'm so happy to have spoken to Dale with her friendly customer service and their efficient delivery!My mom is so happy with her gorgeous bouquet!The flowers they picked are totally stunning and so fresh,all in a beautiful vase.I will ALWAYS be going to them from now on for all my flower needs!!

I ordered an arrangement for my wife for Valentine's Day to be delivered on Feb 13. Close enough to Valentine's Day and multiple days that she could enjoy them at work with her friends. I try to select something unique and different for each occasion, and the florist I've been using didn't have anything that wowed me.I liked what I saw online with Honolulu Florist compared to the others so I chose the Love Struck deluxe bouquet at $109 + $15 delivery + $5.89 tax = $130.88. This was not the cheap bouquet of the three options but the middle option. $130 is significant especially for something that isn't solely roses but the red tones throughout made me think this would be a good representation of the "love" theme for Valentine's Day. Of all flowers I've had delivered to my wife over the years, this received the least praise and wow. Typically she will go on about how beautiful they are, how her co-workers stop and admire them, etc. I got a thank you and that was it. Despite her appreciation I could see there was something wrong even though I wasn't at her job when they were delivered. She sent me a pic showing how the lillies were wilted and dying, not fresh and vibrant for a flower that was just delivered costing $130. My wife normally brings her flowers home on Friday to enjoy over the weekend...she left them at work. Understanding that a florist has the right to exchange flowers as needed based on availability, I would have expected a similar match. In viewing the website image, the expected bouquet is filled with red which is what caught my eye- there are several red and dark pink roses, among other flowers. That is not what was in the delivered arrangement of white, purple, and soft pink. In fact there aren't many roses at all. I called the florist on Feb 14 to advise of the issue, received their voice mail, left a message of the situation with my phone number, and haven't received a response. Today is Feb 16. I understand they're busy but customer service and quality control should be priorities as well. These special days where we try to do something nice for our loved ones at a significant cost should be treated with the same love and respect.I will not be using Honolulu Florist in the future, nor will I recommend them.

So we came home from our vacation to LA from our anniversary to be greeted with a delivery the next morning, a lovely peace lily from Honolulu Florist from my mother. Of course I do my research for new plants coming into my home, unfortunately I found out this plant is considered moderately toxic to dog. My dog Lola is a cattle dog and kind of a grazer. So I called up the Honolulu Florist and let them know of our situation, the lady I spoke to was very friendly and receptive to my concerns and she said of current inventory she had a nice rubber tree plant in a cool bamboo box. Right up my alley, mild if eaten accidentally and I had one before and they are easy to care for and pretty resilient. So I head over afterwork. A far more convenient location in nearby kakaako but it did plot weird on google maps. The store front is more on Kamani street, like a block off ward and parallel to ward. It's the green mall directly right to the new Shepard Fairey (OBEY) mural. Great shop, lots of lovely arrangements and a bu ch being prepared in back. I met the lady I spoke to on the phone (didn't catch her name) super friendly and understanding. Told me how to treat and care for my new plant. I mean I didn't know there was a florist so close and convenient, I'm used to trekking to Chinatown with the hassle of traffic. My mom on the east coast ordered it, she doesn't even have a smart phone so I'm positive online ordering is easy. Definitely will come back for my plant and flower needs.

We are frequent customers of Honolulu Florist and I usually communicate with Dale or Maite. They are so friendly and professional. I can always count on them to fulfill our orders, even though some may be very last minute. Thanks for always coming in clutch!

5 stars for an amazing same day flower delivery service for my best friend's baby boy at the hospital. Originally, I read the reviews but what really drawn me to Honolulu Florist was their great selection of "new baby" flowers with cute assorted vases. I went through so many companies online and nothing compared to what I could find on the Honolulu Florist website. There was a particular baby vase I was drawn to. A grey/white polka dotted elephant with an assortment of blue and white flowers, and a "Hello Baby" heart sign on the trunk; which fits the celebration. I ordered online with the premium size flower arrangement. Also, to confirm my order and requests; I made sure to call Honolulu Florist directly as soon as they opened at 8am. I spoke with the owner, Mady; who was really nice on the phone. She had confirmed that she have received my order and will make sure the arrangements are exactly what I had ordered and to deliver it around 1pm with two great choices of balloons that would be fitting for a baby boy theme. Today, my friend called and thanked me for the beautiful flower arrangements; which she took a photo of what it looks when delivered. I am 100% satisfied and I am very impressed by Honolulu Florist's customer service. Thank you so much Mady! You have just earned yourself a new loyal customer. I'll definitely order from your company again! :)

I ordered the following flowers (web picture and actual delivery attached) and was disappointed. I also received an email notification they flowers were delivered but they were not. Very difficult to reach anyone at the company. For the $50 delivery fee, the actual service did not meet expectations.

I ordered the spray of Blue flowers, which was very important as most flowers are pink or red, on a Friday afternoon for delivery before 10am on Saturday. They were able to fulfill my order as well as delivering a beautiful spray of blue flowers. Thank you Honolulu Florist!! I will definitely be using you again!!
