OMG! Believe me when I say....Vicki will take care of you! She made it easy and magical to have a pleasant drive in the Oahu. She gave us the best price for 3 days. The car never let us down. She was sweet, kind and made my mom her mom. She is my go-to from now on.

We had a very great experience with this car rental on Christmas Day. We wanted to rent a car just for the day and Vicki was so helpful and gave us a perfect deal for the day. The Mustang convertible was clean, ran well and had zero issues. Vicki was super quick but extremely thorough in our check out process. We loved her energy and epitomizes the aloha spirit of Hawaii. We will be back next time and rent another car or jeep for a longer period of time. So worth it instead of getting a car at the airport.

Vicky was amazing and made the whole transaction very smooth and fun. The mini Cooper was a lot of fun with the top down.

Really convenient location and really fast service. I wanted to rent a convertible for a couple of days-they had a Mustang. Fastest process renting a rental car I've ever experienced. I just handed them my credit card and auto insurance-the proprietor started quickly filling out all the paperwork after I just wrote down my name and address. Checking back in was just as easy- no waiting- just a quick check inside and out and I was on my way. Better service than I've ever received at any chain. Will be renting again from these guys.

We weren't planning on renting a car, but we're given a really good quote when we inquired on a whim. Getting around Waikiki isn't an issue without a car, but if you want the full Hawaii experience you really need a car. We got a Jeep cheaper than most places were quoting for a compact car. Would definitely recommend this place.

The sign for this business is hard to see, we found it only by being at their actual window storefront. Anyway, we booked for a midsize car far in advance. Midsize cars are intermediate car sizes like a Camry, Accord, Sonata, Fusion. One of the guy goes to pull out a car that looked dirty and never washed. And it was a Hyundai Elantra, a compact car. He claimed because it seats five it's midsize, total bullsh#t. Whatever, we are late for our rendezvous and we had no choice but to go with the dirty compact car. The car was never cleaned, never washed, inside or out. It smelled and had stains everywhere. We took pictures and video before getting in-in case they are trying to scam us by saying we were the ones that made the car dirty. The car looked so dirty and never cleaned like it was this guy's actual daily driver vehicle. What made our experience with the people and this company worse was they told us to return the car on Sunday at 3pm, but they close at 1pm! This is their business and they don't know that? We get to their lot at 2:40pm and they're closed. We called and only got to their voicemail. You'd think they realize their mistake and call us to let us know so we can at least get a chance to return the car before they close. We had to keep the car another day and pay for parking at our hotel another day. Almost as if they let us have another day hoping we damage the car and give them more money in insurance costs. They don't give, or I never saw, an option to buy insurance so we have to use our own insurance. The next morning we returned the car and I was upset telling them about them being closed at the return time. Fortunately, they realized their fault and said they would not charge us for the extra day. If I could give them a ZERO STAR I would. Never doing business with them again. Bad business practices.

Booking was smooth and easy! I spoke to the owner and he guided me through my options, leading me to the awesome convertible Ford Mustang I ended up renting for my little family. The car was an amazing addition to our vacation! The rules were very simple, bring the car back at or before the time it was rented on the due date with a clean interior and with at least the same amount of gas as it had when it left the rental site. The owner was nice enough to walk me through avoiding the cleaning fee by simply paying 50 cents at the gas station to vacuum all the sand I would inevitably be trailing in with me after visiting the different beaches. That was supper nice of him. Over all my experience was great, my family and I will be always renting here when we visit! Honestly it was the best deal and most convenient compared to the hotel rental cars and even Turo. The owner even gave me fresh guava juice when I returned the car. Now that's hospitality.

Very nice, helpful staff. This was our second time renting a car from them in the last few years. They answered all our questions and provided helpful tips about driving and parking in the area.
