OMG the onion rings, burgers are fresh and tasty. Great parking and fast service.Ambiance is fitting for this type of area.

We used to eat here a lot and, at least in those days, the burgers and fries were great.But during the past couple of years we've tried to eat there several more times and either left disappointed or didn't bother to go after we found out that they didn't have milkshakes available, even though they're on the menu.And each time the excuse if the same: "sorry, we're out of ice cream." I can understand running out once or twice, but today was at least the fifth time we've been disappointed by them. If you can't reliably serve something that's on your menu, then take it off the menu. Or walk directly across the street to Times supermarket and grab a 1/2 gallon of ice cream to tide you over until you get your regular delivery.I really wish they'd get their act together again.

So I've been coming here for many years, pre Yelp days. I came here today for the fries! They have so many options here. I ended up ordering a meal lol. The menu has changed since my last visit to this location. I spied a Keiki menu and asked if I could order from it! The cashier shrugged and didn't say no, so I ordered it and added the garlic-Parmesan cheese fries to go. The cheeseburger Keiki meal comes with fries and a small drink for $8.50. The garlic Parmesan cheese fries are $8.00. The Keiki meal is a real deal. The juicy cheeseburger included tomatoes and lettuce as well. The French fries were basic and unseasoned. The drink is self serve. I enjoyed the meal. 5 out of 5 stars. The gourmet fries were okay. The Parmesan cheese was overwhelming and the garlic was oily and clumped together. No seasoning detected on the fries itself. 3 out of 5 stars. The small drink is refillable if you eat at the place. There are a few tables available for small parties (1-5). My table was not wiped at the time I sat down. There are paper towels at the table, so I used one to wipe up the table. Condiments are on each table. However, you need to ask for the honey mustard at the counter. It's yummy. It was windy today and I was near the front door. It was cool and breezy.

The burgers here were very good! I got a regular cheeseburger and it came with lettuce, tomato, and fried onions. I put the chipotle mayo on the side and I'm glad I did because I didn't super love it. The fries were good and pretty crispy. The restaurant itself was a little dingy and the bathroom was pretty dirty (the vent fan looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 20 years). I did like the display on the wall that shows where all their ingredients come from tho!The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would come back to this restaurant!

Happy National French Fries Day!Celebrating this with just one other bestie who's pretty selective with her spuds...stealth is her fave she says as I do as well though some steak ones are the chunks of love! Well we chose Honolulu Burger Co because of their selection that really got us contemplating so we each got one to see the loaded levels they have.Their fries are the thin "stealth" type of cut and thought they do have the sweet potato as well the flavorful load of choices here are just crisp!- Garlic- Truffle- Garlic Parm- Chili Cheese- Blue Cheese- Loaded- PoutineShe chose Blue Cheese so I chose Loaded and we were just excited! As we wait for our order I did notice that there wasn't any air condioner though I did notice a unit above it wasn't on for some reason making it hot to dine in so we decided to move towards the door as the breeze from outside was actually cool enough to keep us cool. Other than that the vibe here is nice like an urban distressed look with a cute mural wall pointing out the various fresh local ingredients including the spot that "you are here" is a fun conversation piece. The staff is very cool and friendly as we adviser her of this special day she had no idea lol!! Fry day on Thursday was a fun day!Thank you!

After announcing to everyone and spreading the news about the $5 cheese burger, I made a point to rush over by 6:00pm to order and it was very busy. We bought three hamburgers and a fries. Due to the deal, the French fries cannot be added as a combo, which was no problems at all. We waited for forty minutes for our burgers which were excellent. Unfortunately the fries were cold so we discarded it. Next time I'll place a phone order ahead and hopefully do not have to wait for that long.

Felt like eating a burger and happened to be in the Honolulu area so we decided to try this place out.The girl at the register was friendly. The interior is small and clean. We sat in to eat and was brought out food by the girl working the register. The burgers were very dry and bland. We were asked how we wanted them cooked so maybe the dryness was my fault but there was no excuse for the blandness.The fries tasted burnt, the cheese curds weren't melted, and the gravy had no flavor.The shake was thick and rich but very small for the price.Overall I appreciate that all products used are locally sourced but don't feel the flavor was worth the price.

Really good burger, could've had more seasoning but that just my opinion, but I would definitely go again or recommend

Great service. I walked in during lunch time and they were ready to serve me. Food came out not too long after ordering. The space had just the right amount of space for the time expected to spend and enjoy the burger. The space could hold probably up to 16-20 people or so. I ordered a burger and fries. Fries were good as well as the burger. I should have gotten two patties as the burger was a good portion yet I could have gotten more. The burger was very tasty - probably top 5 I've ever had yet not the best I've ever had.
