If you are interested, eating healthy and food made with good quality ingredient, this is the restaurant you need to be at for excellent breakfast and lunch.

I never realized this cozy cafe existed in Ala Moana Medical Building. They seemed to be recently been open as the cashier said they are still in soft opening status. This is a perfect place to have a quick break after doctor's appointment. They have variety of drinks, and they are well organized. They do have few sitting area but it was all occupied when I was here. They have musubi, Korean Kimbop, sandwiches and fruit bowls. I tried one of their fruit bowls ($7.99 which I thought it was good price for the combination) BLAT (BLT with Avocado). I have few things to say about BLAT. First it is heavyyyy.... You can clearly tell the difference in weight when compared to the regular BLT they have which is $10.99 and with avocado is $13.99. They put lot of vegetable in the BLAT which was nice. It was the best sandwich I had in long time. There prices are not cheap, but I guess with the location it is what it is. They are open kitchen, and I could see the auntie making sandwiches.

When you're not at home...This little cafe located on the third floor in the Ala Moana Building is a lovely spot to grab a bite or anything you may be craving as their filled with various grab and go items including drinks, snacks, sandwiches and bentos.The have a few tables for you to enjoy your bites at your own convenience in the cool air conditioner which is very nice though my personal grief is the prices which I don't usually say but $8.99 for tuna sandwich is a bit much regardless though after my doctors appointment I though something simple would be good and sadly it wasn't as the seasonings I here was a tad salty and I love my salty snacks.Great convenience away from the shopping centers madness but the staff here is nice and I appreciate the cleanliness here as I relax and take a much needed break.Thank you!
