We wasted thousands on a Hilton vacation with ZERO service. We've been super disappointed with our visit to the property in the begging of October, during the strike. The resort was not functional. Our brand new room had no sheets and was dirty. There are no food or beverage services available anywhere on property. The pools aren't staffed. Why can't they just give their workers a contact and pay a fair wage? I know I paid a huge cost to book my stay, so why aren't workers getting their fair share for making our trip amazing?

Only here today to sit through a 2.5 hour Vacation Club Sales Presentation.Purchased a package that included a 4 day 3 night stay at a Hilton property. Hilton would not inform us of the property we would be staying at until 2 weeks prior to the stay. We were emailed our confirmation at the Hilton Garden Inn. Prior to our stay, we were contacted by email and/or phone a minimum of LITERALLY 10+ times "to confirm" our stay and presentation date & time.Sales people were nice enough however we are not here to purchase.Transportation from Hilton Garden Inn to this location not provided. We paid $20 to take an Uber and asked to be reimbursed. The answer was, "If you purchase we can do that."

Horrible check in process. According to employees who work there Hilton recently got a new computer system and now does not allow them to pre-check in guests to rooms like they used to do. According to employees who work there at this just happened over the last week or two. I arrived and checked in at 11:30 AM I thought it was weird because usually they would give me a key and text me once my room was ready. That didn't happen this time. They said they will text me then I would have to come back at 4 PM to officially check in officially get my keys, etc. but when I came back the line was huge. It took an hour to get through that line. This new process really sucks. I stayed here many times in the past never experience something like this. they need to go back to the previous way of checking in guests. This is just ridiculous. Overall as far as employees, service room, quality, etc., etc. an awesome place to stay. But the horrible check in process has really left a bad taste in my mouth this visit. Hilton grand vacations -You really need to take a look at this and fix it ASAP or you were going to lose customers. 8/31/24 review date.

Very nice condos on the Hilton Waikiki Hawaiian Village resort property. You get access to all of the resort amenities and enjoy a fully equipped condo. We booked on Airbnb and got a great deal.

We come here every visit to Waikiki, when we visit our time share at Hilton Grand Vacations. This place is just right outside the main lobby on the street in front of the property. No reservations, and the line starts early, so I suggest going early to snag a seat this restaurant is small and only has about 20 tables, if that. It's on the second floor of a shopping area. They have an elevator if needed. We go early when they open and usually get seated in less than 15 minutes. We have waited over a 1/2 hour before but it's worth it.

Ok, the resort might be a great hit but let's talk all about the lagoon and pools. The lounge chairs all seem to be occupied with towels. Not people just towels. The staff don't seem to care and I actually believe they put the towels on the chairs to promote the gazebos and high end umbrellas. We walked all three pools and every lounge had a towel on it. Skiing several employees for help I was advise to see the rental people. I asked for a chair and was told there was a cost. I thought no big deal emergency just want to relax on our vacation. And what a terrible day it was with children and adults racing around looking for Pokémon. We literally had been knocked down on there hunt. I got the bill for the two cots and and umbrella. 160.00. Wow how is this even justified. It's a scam and bad business practice .. shame shame shame on Hilton

This is a 22 acre resort in Waikiki beach they have 5towers the grand vacation had the two bedroom with a kitchen which made our trip so comfortable. House keeping was impressive the kitchen had all the possible appliance. They do have a sales desk promoting time share and push for a two hour painful timeshare pitch for a free show for the luau which has horrible food and an ok show waste of two hours on a vacation. I would skip it. That was the only downside of the stay. There is the village which has a bunch of other restaurants. There is the ABC connivence store but everything is expensive. If you have a car drive to Costco or local grocery store might be cheaper. If you rent a car at the hotel enterprise you get discounted parking rates . There is DoorDash that delivers any food to the hotel. The pool is packed with kids so is the beach area if you looking for peace and quiet this might not be the place for you . Hotel has towel service you just have to present a yellow card which they give you at check in you pick up and return at any of the towel stations. Some close at 5pm the poolside are open later. Staff is generally friendly and helpful it is a very busy resort with loads of conventions going on .

We came to Hawaii to attend my daughter's graduation from UH Manoa. We decided to use our HGVC ownership for an extended vacation. It truly was a great stay from beginning to end.We were happily greeted by aunties at the front desk. After the Bell staff took our luggage, an aunty walked us over to the HGVC check-in. There we were warmly welcomed with orchid leis. We received a lot of helpful information and were offered 24-hour assistance with navigating the resort or activities. Our room was clean and well stocked. Anything we needed was brought within a few minutes. We made good use of the full-kitchen and washer/dryer during our entire stay. The lanai had nice views of the city and the ocean. I was visited daily by different birds during my morning coffee. My adult kids really liked that fancy bidet -- they could not get over the heated seat, dryer and spray options (lol!)The resort is just beautiful and massive with multiple pools, nightlife, starlight luau, fireworks and easy beach access. Hawaiian Village literally has all you need -- dining, shopping, ocean excursions and more. My kids went out each day to the pools, to explore and grab snacks (Lappert's was a favorite!). Venturing out to Waikiki Beach Walk, Luxury Row, International Marketplace and the Royal Hawaiian is about a 20-minute walk. Checkout was so easy. We first had the Bell staff pick up our luggage and store them for a couple hours while we had brunch with friends. We had the option for Express Checkout, but the front desk had only a handful of guests so were able to get though that within a few minutes. When we were ready to head to the airport, our luggage was brought out and loaded into a taxi, which are on standby.Everyone we encountered were amazingly gracious, kind and helpful. It could not have gone better. Mahalo to the wonderful staff!
