Shout out to da boyz at HIFishGear. After watching their online content I finally pulled the trigger and asked for a beginner setup for whipping. Bruddah Thomas handpicked everything I needed, offered some tips, and didn't try to upsell me. Their selection is good, and I got a really solid deal on high value gear without breaking the bank. I am their loyal customer from here on out. I'll be coming here for all my fishing needs and will proudly rep their brand.

This is by far one of my got to spots to get fishing gear. they basically have everything you would need as well as a great website that shows what they have in stock. They're one of the only places I know that have the hammer bomb and flash bombs in stock. Jessie and Bill are knowledgeable and friendly, and I trust getting their opinion . I'm sure their store has high demand and I had troubles getting specific reels, but are usually put myself on the notification text message for when they come in.

Great place to get your last minute gear because there's no other fishing spot that i know of in Ewa. Expensive though.

I've been shopping and going to HFG for almost 8 months (for as long as I been fishing) and the knowledge and helpfulness the staff here have is second to none. Bill and his crew really do try to find the best products and gear for you to have a successful and enjoyable time fishing in Hawaii. If you have any questions they are always more then happy to help, and if you want more information they have a YouTube channel, HFG does almost daily live vids on all social media platforms, and if that's not working for you just send a message or DM online and they will get back to you with very knowledgeable information. Can't stress it enough, HiFishGear is my local choice hands down to get my tackle and gear. (They also ship anywhere)

The drive is always worth it from the Northshore. They know there stuff,and it makes it easier to shop. Very helpful and real at home vibe.much mahalo's to Bill and the gang.

The guy had poor customer service ask him a question and was kind of a dick won't be returning I'll take my business where it's appreciated

Customer service here USED to be good. It sucks now! Seems like walk in customers are a bother now. Won't be returning.

Alot of variety and options from name brand products to a locally handmade ones. They know their products and know how to use them. Whenever I have technical questions they always have the awnsers; from how to work lures, matching rods to reels, terminal tackle and everything in between. It's kinda out of the way since it's at the end of the road in ewa beach but so worth making the trip. A small shop with alot to offer. Thankyou HIFISHGEAR
