We loved our time here. The tour was fantastic. We learned so much about bees! The bee keeper was very knowledgeable and fun. I highly recommend this tour, it was the funnest thing we did during our 1 week stay on the North Shore. The honey is the BEST I've ever had.

This was such great stop on our day trip to the North Shore! You get totally immersed in bee culture and how the process works for making some truly delicious honey...all led by a friendly, easy going owner who photographs your family throughout the experience (and shares them at the end). From putting on the bee keepers outfits to holding fresh honeycomb, the whole visit is top notch...complete with a honey tasting at the end of the tour that will leave you drooling for more!We absolutely loved this on our recent trip to Hawai'i and would recommend this to everyone...and since they ship anywhere, Hi Honey Farm now has a lifetime customer! This is a must stop!

There are a lot of places that I stilll don't know about on the island of O'ahu, and this is one of them. They have a bee farm and a banana garden to help the bees collect pollen in the area. They created a little house to do sleep therapy. They have a box with bees that is attached to the side of the house and the vibrations from the bees' wings can help with sleep problems. I don't know if I could sleep in that hut, but it's a cool idea! We then toured their bee farm. It's not super big, but it's manageable. The new thing I learned is that they inserted these brushes that take off the pollen from the bees' legs when they enter the bee boxes and that is how they collect the pollen! At the end of the tour, we tried all these different types of honey they produced. The avocado had jalapeno infused honey drizzled on top with bee pollen! The bee pollen tasted meaty...but in a good way lol. You can't tell if you eat it with something. The ice cream had matcha infused honey We also tried ohia lehua honey, which crystallizes in a week, it was really good!! Our favorite We tried hibiscus infused honey, which tasted berry-jam-like and it was a good alternative to those sugary fake jams. Christmas berry honey tasted like the typical hawaii honey, but it was really good. There was macadamia nut honey, which was a mild taste and a very faint hint of macadamia nut flavor. The cacao infused honey was ok. A mild sweet cocoa flavor. A good alternative to nutella though!Cool tour and very informative! :DTIP: They will have the sunflower fields there this time since the original place the sunflower fields were in are gone now.

The thrill of wearing a beekeeper suit and exploring the beehives, witnessing the honey bees at work, and learning about their crucial role in pollination and honey production was fantastic. Not to mention the sweet reward of tasting different types of honey produced by the bees on the farm. Each variety, with its unique flavor profile, was a delightful treat for my taste buds.Such experiences not only offer an enjoyable time but also raise awareness about the importance of bees in our ecosystem and the critical role they play in maintaining biodiversity and supporting agriculture.HI Honey Farms was awesome the we were treated like family and all questions were answer. We ended trying so many different honeys and ending up purchasing some! I highly recommend going and checking this place out! We for sure will be back!

ordered online and it was super easy. main reason for ordering was because they were the only local company i could find that sold bee pollen! along with the pollen they even shipped me a comp lehua honey jar!honey was very tasty, would def get it again. i tried to find it at foodland but they did not have this particular flavor. bee pollen is also very interesting and earthy tasting for lack of a better word. but so glad i was able to find itlove that they also have nutrition facts on their products!

Super educational and educational experience for our family of four. I wasn't sure how our girls, 3 and 7 years old, would enjoy it, but they really enjoyed the bee farm tour, which was one of the most memorable parts of our weeklong visit to Oahu.
