HI Cravings is a travelling Acai bowl truck that's stations in several places around the island.I usually wait till it comes to Kaneohe, which they are parked by the Windward Mall across from Zippy's.They have the freshest, yummilicious Acai Bowls. They come in 2 sizes, $6.50 snack size (6oz) and regular 12 Oz for $12.50if your not a fan Acai, they have sorbet flavors coconut , Acai, strawberry and my favorite Mango.Aside from the usual sliced fruits there's a plethora of add-ons you can sprinkle on top of your bowl from Chia seeds to Caramel drizzle.Their on site schedule is on their website if you want to know where to catch them.If you happen to see one parked, I would definitely stop by and order one of their Acai Bowls, they're worth it & perfect on a hot island summer on day.

I enjoy supporting small business and of course local business too. Hi Cravings go all over the island and give themselves a day off on Sunday/Monday.It's nothing like eating a bowl of fresh fruits with a choice of your açaí, or sorbet. I'm not a fan of açaí, so I normally choose a sorbet. Each bowl comes with granola & honey, fresh pineapple, watermelon, strawberry, banana and grapes. You can pay an additional price for any add-ons, and the list is on the menu board. The line was super long. The service was super slow. My bowl didn't have any grapes. A little disappointed to say you pay 8.00 for a small bowl and the fruits are fresh but they are either tarty, no taste, or just plain hard and crunchy. I think my fruit bowls may taste better if I find myself some sorbet.

I got to try this Açaí bowl at a BMW event. I ordered a small açaí bowl which comes with pineapple, strawberries, bananas, watermelon, granola, and honey. It was very refreshing, the fruit was fresh, and the size was decent. They have add-ons that you can get such as cookie dough, blueberries, or mochi. The staff are friendly and I didn't have to wait long to get my açaí bowl. It was very good!

When you want something refreshing head over to Alaloa St. behind Sears Windward Mall and look for their mobile truck. Lots of parking in the mall parking lot. Each day they offer different blends- my favorites are coconut, lychee, mango, guava, and of course they have açaí. Each bowl comes topped with lots of fruit and granola. You can add on special items like almonds, coconut, mochi balls, speciality fruits (blueberry, clementines, etc), and what they are known for- cookie dough! I see people ordering multiple side orders of the cookie dough. They take cash or card. Friendly staff. Bowls are made to order so when they get busy you should expect a wait. So worth it and very addicting!

Since posting my review many friends have told me that the owner Jess takes her business seriously and they were absolutely correct. She responded to my review and offered to take care of the situation. That's is awesome and rapid customer service....My intent was never to bash the product.....her bowls are awesome......and perhaps this was a slip up on her employees end. I will go back and see how it goes.....

Normally we really like their açaí bowls, but today We were really disappointed. The front cashier, was really rude and short with us while ordering. They ran out of almost all the fruits, which we were understanding of, so we ordered specialty items which were more expensive. When we got our order, it was all wrong, and we asked if we could get it fixed, they said the other toppings were at the bottom of the bowl. After we left the second time, we noticed they lied... we asked politely if we could get the items we paid for because they were expensive. We understand times are hard and they might just be having a bad day. They gave us attitude and made a humbug about fixing our order. It's just disappointing that this is the customer service we get. Especially as locals who are supporting local businesses. Won't be back, and won't be suggesting their overpriced bowls...

I wanna start off by saying we Been going here for years and been getting great service along with bowls. The other week I had gone & got 3 bowls - almost totaling to $50. 2 of the 3 bowls looked like had been dropped all our drizzled toppings was on cover (& also very little granola compared to the usual) no bad experiences prior. I had reached out to them on IG which I saw they had read but didn't respond with an apology or anything which is all I wanted only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5. Didn't expect an experience like this from this company as the owners are amazing and the people that work are also amazing. But on the other hand if you go at the right time with right people working you'll get an amazingly made bowl.
