I didn't get a chance to go in because the store was closed. It is only open on the weekends (mainly on Saturday).

The best collector shop on the island. This place is packed to the brim with toys, comics and more. They actually had a ghostbusters hot wheels ecto but we decided not to buy it because our 3 year old would want to open it. We ended up buying a peter venkman funko for him to play with. The owner is really friendly and helped us navigate our stroller in his tight shop.

All other reviewers have said it best. Charles and his family are an absolute delight. The Hi Collector store is a great place to take your kids while bringing back the nostalgia that gave all of us such joy growing up. His place reminds me of the old school collector shops and fills the void left by so many that have shutdown recently. Charles is a true collector and is a master at his craft. He's well renowned in the state and he lives up to his reputation and beyond. But most importantly, he and his ohana are so humble and friendly. I got to talk story with Charles, his kids, and his nephew and they were so down to earth. This is the epitome of a family owned business. They all have a passion for their craft and so much love for one another. I look forward to visiting this location as well as the kiosks for years to come. Mahalo Charles & Hi Collector Ohana.

Howzit let me say that if your looking for someone to check out your comicbooks look no further. I had some old comic books I got from my dad and after reading reviews and talking to others to find a place. I decided to come here and have the owner Charles take a look at it and he give his honest opinion and advice. We both came to an agreement on the price and what he was going to do with the comics. He is a honest and easy to do business kind of guy (no running around or BS). He is a straight up trust worthy guy and he stands by his words. Without a doubt if I inherit more collectable comics or toys, I'll for sure bring it to him to get his professional advice again. Sorry for the long and late review. Was supposed to write this like 3 weeks ago my bad. Mahalos Scotty

It's impossible to have too many toys! Hi Collector is a new toy and collectibles store in Honolulu. Passing by one day, I noticed their colorful superhero banner at the parking ramp and decided to check it out. I was a little disappointed to discover they are only open Saturdays from 10am to 4pm, so make note of this when planning your visit! The store is located in the commercial complex along Dillingham near Costco and the Community College. They have free parking on street level, but you'll have to walk up three levels. You're better off using the roof parking ramp at the neighboring building and walking over to the store. When they're open, it's hard to miss! The door is a bright blue and they bring a lot of their wares outside on the lanai. It's a small shop with more merchandise arriving regularly. They have a large selection of action figures and toys, used DVDs, trading cards, comic books and other pop culture collectibles. Don't come looking for anything specific, just see what they have! They have a great selection of Marvel, DC, Star Wars, and other popular characters!Hi Collector is owned by two brothers who share the business. Both are incredibly friendly and happy to have a brick and mortar store after years of just being virtual. They make great use of their space with every inch covered with items. Our first visit there was a hot day, and they provided complimentary drinks for the customers while shopping. Prices are very fair, no need to bargain. It's the type of place you need to return to often if you want to find those knickknacks you can't live without! Happy hunting!

Fantastic shop with the coolest items on the island. Owner is an avid collector and has a great amount of knowledge of everything in the store. Very polite and informative staff. Couldn't pass up the deals here even tho I was trying to not overfill my luggage. Went home with two brand new board games for an incredible price. The location is difficult to find so try to park upstairs and take the bridge. This is definitely a spot to check on while on the island. Hope to be back soon for more gems. Thank you again for the help. As always happy hunting

I could not tell you how cool this place was. There was so much stuff you could look at. Once you find something you want, you just find more. But, about every product I wanted was from a range of about 20$-40$ which was a bummer. I was looking forward to buy Colonel Stars and Stripes but I passed on it and got X23. I haven't watched KA2 in a long time so I kinda just forgot about it but I kinda regret skipping on it, not complaining about the X23 though. They also had so much comics that it could cover Alaska, if you want a specific comic, they have it. 11/10 store, wish I could come back.
