Found the shop by accident since I happened to park just in front of it, I was actually trying to find another jewelry shop and was pressed for time. The door is kept locked, so the woman opened it and they replaced my watch battery in less than 7mins on the spot. It was worth the $10, even if the other shop quoted me at $7. Street parking only. Located mauka side if King St, next to another jewelry shop, and 1 shop down to the left from the market with some green awning.

I came in today to pick up my ring which was ready in a week from when I bought it. & I'm in love! They have really good customer service, Helen's sister is really nice. Her daughter Sandy also gave me a "good luck" bracelet after I came to pick up. Love this place! Will definitely be returning.

I am so disappointed with Helen and David Jewelry store in Chinatown. I bought a 14k gold Hawaiian bangle there 3 years ago. Last week my bangle broke in half all by itself. I called Helen and David and asked them to repair it. They refused. I took it to a jeweler in Kaimuki who repaired it for $350. Helen and David used poor quality materials to make my bracelet. Please do not buy any jewelry from Helen and David. You will.be sorry.

I enjoy visiting China Town. The smell of the food and various shops make for a full filling day. We made the trip into Honolulu to just get off the North Shore. After several stops, we came across Helen & David's Jewelry Store. They're always friendly. They have a huge assortment of 14kt Gold earrings, bracelets, necklaces & pendants. It has all the Hawaiian Decor. Getting Ready for the Chinese New Year? No worries, huge selection here as well. The staff here is always friendly and welcoming. Ready to help! The store is conveniently located on N. King Street. Stop in a just look around. You'll definitely find something you'll like.

Recently I was gifted a beautiful watch, but the glaring problem? far too large for my wrist. Since it was purchased overseas, I had to find my own method to get it resized. A quick search on Yelp lead me to Helen & David. Located on a busy street in Chinatown, it wasn't exactly easy to find, but it's one of those stores you pass by a lot but never really notice. I showed the sales associate the watch on my wrist and she deduced 3 links would be enough. $5 and 10 minutes later ...my watch fit perfectly!

Looking to buy jewelry? This is the best place to go! Owner and her sister are very nice and gives you a very reasonable price. They even give my daughter free Jade bangle with my purchased. They're not pushy like other jewelers, you can take your time they don't rush you. My family and friends goes to there store and purchased few items with them. Highly recommended!
