Hele On Waikiki

We decided to ride ebikes for a last minute tour of the island. This was a great choice. The bikes were $40 for a 2-hour ride since we were hotel guests with Marriott. Tommy was very helpful and did a great job at explaining everything prior to our departure. The bike comes with a bike lock and map of you decide to make a few stops. The bikes were clean and in excellent condition. We really enjoyed using them and enhanced our vacation experience.

We rented 3 e-bikes from Hele On Waikiki and rode around the island to Diamond Head and back. It was a terrific experience. I had reserved it online in advance and when we arrived they had the bikes out front and ready to go. The bikes worked great and they explained everything to us before we took off. They do give you a printed map of their suggested route, kinda challenging to follow it while riding, would be awesome if they had their own app to give directions and even commentary as you ride. We tried to use Waze but it was taking us off the map route so we just winged it. I would definitely recommend renting from this company. Beautiful scenes that you'll never get to see unless you go biking and exploring the island!

My husband and I have never done e-bikes nor been to Diamond Head so the perfect adventure. They guided us on the map, route, how to use e-bikes. We had an amazing time. 4 hours is all we needed, grabbed lunch, shaved ice at Monssarat Shaved Ice only open Friday-Sunday. What a great way to enjoy some beautiful views, close my rings and and work off some calories. Highly recommend using this shop. At the end of Waikiki near Marriott Beach hotel. Very friendly, Very helpful. We will be back for more adventure!!

This was the best experience! Affordable & fun! We rented 2 e-bikes for 4 hours and cruised around Diamond Head mountain. We stopped at Moku Kitchen for a Mai Tai and just overall, really enjoyed the freedom to get lost around the town. This is a must-do adventure on your vacation!

Great service, easy waiver filling out online. Bikes are nice and ride great. Great price as well. Nice guy who helped us. Would use again.We did the Moana waterfall hike, was awesome to go there by bike, hike and bike back.

We rented four bikes to cheer on our daughter as she ran the Honolulu marathon. The bikes were fully charged and plenty powerful to handle the changing terrain along the course. The bikes zip right along so it was great having the comfortable helmets to protect our noggins. The employees are helpful and easy to work with and the shop location is very convenient in Waikīkī. Great overall experience.

I had the best experience renting a bike from them! The owner Tommy is so sweet and knowledgeable about places to go and the best routes. I recommend this rental to everyone i know! It's a great activity for the entire family. The location is super convenient right at the Marriott in Waikiki!
