Wanted to pick up a combo & some tackle to fish off the shore by our hotel in Ko'olina. Place is 15 minutes out and had it all. Andrea helped us pick out a $30 rod/reel combo and a "Ko'olina" special tackle bag that is all inclusive (mini tackle box, hooks, sinkers, bobber, whistle, knife, pliers, grubs...) for $40. Looking to spend a hundy and got out the door w/ $70! Great deal and fit my needs. Left the gear w/ our friend after, so he can try his luck up in Kaneohe. Chewbacca their dog is full of Aloha, too! It's in an industrial complex w/ several buildings. When you enter, guide left, and look for building 4 w/ the "sandwich" board.

Never answers their phone! Oh and the last giveaway on instagram was a joke! Over 3,000 entries and days of waiting while also being a couple hours late to draw just for them to scroll through the comments to pick whichever she thought she liked. Terrible. Watch and learn how other companies do their giveaways before doing another one. Mahalo.

Been here many times, haven't had any issues so far. Hours of operation are pretty decent compared to many other fishing/dive shops on Oahu. Will keep coming back to do business as long as it stays that way.

Called to see if it would be too late to show up 5 mins prior to close since my GPS had me arriving then. They said anytime until 7pm and I'd be good to go. As expected, I pulled up 5 mins prior. The worker inside saw us pull up and locked the door early and she was obviously intentionally ignoring us as we stood at the door. Really frustrating experience after driving so far and doing the due diligence of calling before the trip to ensure that we'd be good if we showed up when we did.

Highly recommend this shop, they never fail to have what I need and go out of their way to make sure I'm set. The Slip tip and the advice worked great Thanks!

Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time. Better off going to West Side Dive and Tackle for better prices and better people.

Went to buy a fishing pole for Father's Day knowing nothing about fishing poles but the lady working that day dropped ALL the knowledge helping us making an informed decision about which pole to buy. Dad was ecstatic with the gift. I'd recommend this shop for anyone needing supplies. They won't let you down.

Same thing as another review stated. Except we arrived 15 minutes before close and their doors were already locked. My son jiggled the door and the girl was standing at the front but completely ignored us. Lost my business. Won't return to make the purchase I intended to make.

Great store, friendly and helpful staffs will go above and beyond in getting all your spearfishing, diving and fishing needs. I came in for a specific part that is hard to find a (barrel plug) for my first roller gun build and they have it, surprisingly, not only they have it, they also explained on how to install it step by step and the right tools to use. I can say I left the store with a smile, would highly recommend to anyone.
