Hele Gas Station

Also, I am grateful that you have an ice machine at this location. This ice is PURELY DELICIOUS & REAL! I don't know if you understand what I mean or not. Point is... ITS ALL GOOD HERE! This place is OK. Had to fill up gas before returning the rental car back to the lot. The pump I used sucked. The touchless card reader pad didn't work and no receipt printed out. Get with it Hele.

This is the gas station across from the Kalihi Shopping Center just a couple blocks Ewa (West) of Waikamilo Road nearer to the ocean. Next to it is a Popeyes restaurant.Today was my first time getting gas here. They have several rows of pumps and all pumps take credit cards. Alternatively, you can go inside the convenience store to pay by credit card or cash. The pump #5 worked reallly slowly. Never seen that before! At the end of my fill, the machine prompted me to reply whether I wanted a receipt. I did answer yes but problem is it ran out of printing paper.That meant I needed to go inside to retrieve it.Inside the store is new updated and stylish. If you need anything to drink or snack on, this is a good place to come.There was one person in line when I got there. It wasn't long before I was next. I let the cashier know I needed a receipt from pump 5 and she proceeded to print one out for me. She even apologized for the machine not having paper.I'd come here again! Seems like a good pump station to fill-er up at whenever down the street Costco Iwilei is not exactly in my immediate vicinity!

No payment via phone. Also, Cashier says magnetic strips for credit cards are not accepted.

Just leaving Target and i needed Gas. This is literally right up the road so it was super convenient. Such a big gas station with TWELVE PUMPS. It's stalls are big as well. As for the inside, it's nice just like the workers. The food here taste amaze for fast and convenient. I love their musubis It has two spots to fill up air as well.

Yeah there's a lady named Madeline and your mililani store terrible with the people she chased me out of the store today about 11:30 on Sunday I told her the price that I was trying to buy what I was trying to buy was not the right price and nasty person okay and I've complained about her a couple times to management I can't seem to find a corporate office to make a major complaint about her but she chased me out in front of like 8 or 9 people saying I do this all the time I'm thinking dear your price is not what your price is okay you tried me trust me it says 369 on there you try to charge me over $5 on there so I'm not going to change it for you I'm not going to do anything for you nasty person you know what most submit people in there are pretty polite and kind and actually very kind but Madeline got a big problem she's a bit mental and so you guys need to do something about her my phone number is 808-462-2301 my name is Jeff k r a p f but my phone number is 808-462-2301 I'm extremely upset about her chasing me out in front of all those people I'm except that they said they've changed all their prices but none of the prices are changed you walk into the cooler apparently somebody's not doing their job because the price said it says is not the price they want to charge you okay bit of a rip-off thing okay and Madeline nasty a big psychotic you need to watch the video Sunday a little before 11:30 yelling at me and screaming at me in front of a bunch of people tell me go I do this all the time that's she's insane you need to fire the lady okay she's nasty or put her in waianae somewhere you know where she can deal with the bad people the criminals and all the nasty people that come in this is mililani if there's nice people here I'm thinking she's crazy

For almost three weeks, the Hele gas station on Kapahulu Ave. didn't give receipts for gas at the pumps. VERY INCONVENIENT! We let the cashier know about it. We returned the following week and still no receipt paper!!! Poor management.

I came in as a costumer to fill up gas and get some snacks while I'm at it. The fat employee was really rude.

Can Hele add more stations to carry ethanol-free gas to other locations? Thank you;
