I'm surprised more people haven't posted reviews because I know when the pandemic shut down the gyms, everyone bought some sort of fitness equipment for home from this place. Location: and the end of long warehouse strip off Kahuhipa (see the pics so you know what to look for ahead of time). Don't put into google maps, it took me to the wrong place.By appointment: because of the tight parking and limited space, I would recommend making an appt if you want to go in to look at things. If you buy online first, they'll give you a specific pickup time to drive into their "garage" so there aren't too many ppl coming at one time.Service: the first time I went, they just loaded what I ordered online into my trunk. The second time I went, Justin (warehouse manager) was there to show me everything including the medicine balls, weighted vests, sand balls, bands, and more. I bought my son a squat stand with the bar and a full stack of bumper plates last year along with the floor mat squares and just went back to add on a tricep dip station and a plate storage attachment. I was able to assemble the rack myself and put on all the attachments without any issues. It's pretty neat to have everything at home, I even sneak in a workout once in a while. My friend bought her stuff from here too & they assembled it at her house, not sure if that costs more but I bought my stuff during covid so I had to pick it up and assemble. I purchased large fitness equipment at another place here on island during the beginning of the pandemic before I found out about Hele Fitness. I prefer Hele Fitness (locally owned company with their own branded equipment). Their quality and service is top notch, so make sure to take a look at their stuff.

Loved my experience getting my new home gym setup from Hele Fitness! These guys are movers in our community and inspiring us all to get active! Hele Fitness is who I would recommend for your fitness equipment. Justin and the staff were always so helpful, kind, communicative, and responsive. They answered all my questions and returned my calls. Their equipment is very durable and my family loves working out on our new home gym. They have sales and discounts around the holidays, which was helpful in my budget. What I really admire is that they are working with school education programs. Keep up the great work, Hele.

Beat place IMO to pick up your weights on island. They are affordable, on top of that, great customer service! I hope to see them expand across the islands because driving from the west side to the east is a journey but I'm always down for it when the time comes.Picked up A steel mace, kb, and sandbag from Hele and am satisfied with the product! I was trying to find a gym equipment company that had home gym options and a full package of what I needed. I came across Hele Fitness and have to say, their customer service blew me away. They worked with my working hours, delivered and assembled my new home gym!They have 3 different home gym options, and many gym accessories available on their website. Their prices are competitive, but their customer service can't be compared. Thank you Hele Fitness (Paul) for my new home gym!Pictured: Ku Home Gym Package, with additional weight plates.

Picked up some plates today. Easy drive up and pickup. Fast & friendly service and the plates are so nice! Definitely will pick up heavier ones if I can graduate from the ones I got. Look out for their sales. Can't comment on the racks or other equipment because I did not purchase anything else but the bumper plates are awesome. Sold in pairs or in sets. Good quality so far. Happy with my purchase. You can check out their other equipment online or in person at their warehouse but you need to make an appointment first on their website I think.

Im new to crossfit and joined some local compititions. One of our competition i was able to use a brand new hele bar and i fell inlove with it. Fast forward holiday season is near so i treated my self with a new red 45lbs bar. Also i wanted to be cool like my other half as she has her own Hele bar. We both love it. Thank you Justin H. Service 5/5 !!!Product 5/5Everything else 5/5 hahaFair warning, this is a long and kind of emotional review.Husband and I have known about Hele Fitness for years, but were hesitant to drop the $$$$. Yes, it is a huge investment, but LISTEN it's an investment on your health and wellness. We finally decided to make the move after meeting the owner/CEO, Gus Mello, through some very good friends of ours. He told us a part of his testimony, how the Lord worked through him and his family, and how He has given them a gift to bless others. As believers ourselves, we felt moved to support his business.We went all out and bought a whole home gym set - the "Nui Home Gym." Before committing to our purchase, we contacted Hele through their email and got IMMEDIATE response. Loved it. We had a lot of questions and asked to swap out a couple of the 9ft posts for 12ft posts. The process was super easy. Paul and Justinn were extremely helpful. They have a shared cellphone they call and text you from. Let me just reiterate that we had lots of questions and they didn't make us feel like we were being humbug customers at all haha. They had everything in stock at their warehouse. TBH, we weren't expecting to have the equipment ready for months, but Paul asked if we wanted to pick up our equipment the same day we made our purchase! Great surprise. With some awesome help from a friend, we were able to pick up all of our equipment within the week. The warehouse is located in Kaneohe and is rather large and fully stocked. You can pull a truck right into the warehouse for easy load up. Justinn had all of our equipment put together and ready to load. He even helped us load up! Super thankful for that. Really glad he wasn't just some desk guy telling us, "There's your equipment now pack it up yourself." Saw him helping another guy before us too. Loved his energy and willingness to help! He let us know to contact them if we needed help with anything else, even set up. We're very grateful for this awesome service.We live on the west side and don't expect rain, but still decided to change out our hardware for stainless steel (thanks to our friends for the tips). You'll need a concrete drill bit for mounting your rig into the ground. Also, lots of drill power; it took us all 3 drill batteries for each post to drill into the concrete and mount it down. So it took us about three and half days total since we waited for all our batteries to charge up haha. Like I said, it's a huge purchase and lots of equipment, but from the energy from the staff and quality products so far, we don't have a single regret.Will definitely be making future purchases from Hele.

Starting to invest in a home gym set up. I reached out before I came in and Justin went through what was available and their actual prices, and wasn't trying to convince me to buy anything which was nice. I bought an adjustable bench and after a really good experience decided that I'll go back next week to get some more weights. The bench had to be set up out of the box and Justin gave me good instructions, it was easy to set up. I've bought gym equipment from other stores on island and Hele is a way better deal.

Excellent customer service and outstanding quality. I've purchased several items from Hele including dumbbells, a soft plyo box, and floor mats. All are solid and well made.
