Inside Pioneer Plaza, typically there is a combo that special of the day you cannot go wrong trying. The Spinich Salad is one favorites!!!!!! This little walk-up has salad, sandwich, soup, and wrap options, made fresh to order. You can also get muffin tops and cookies. Prices run about 11-16/meal and I believe it's only open M-F aaround the lunch hour. Fresh and delicious.

The food looks good and seems to be freshly prepared upon ordering- problem is cleanliness- they prepare everything on front of you but the seem to NOT use gloves nor do they constantly wash hands, they tend to touch everything from the chiller door, to plate- to stove- to FOODS and all and THEY DONT wash HANDS in between all that.

The paninis with turkey and cheese (Charleston) were made fresh to order. So was the Greek salad. Located in a cozy end of Pioneer Plaza, Heidi's serves breakfasts and lunches that are excellent. The prices are extremely reasonable too. You're missing out if you don't check out this deli. They offer catering for gatherings too. Breads are also available to take home for other meals. What a great choice in downtown Honolulu. You can sit at the surrounding tables nearby or take it home/back to work.Don't miss!

Simple but excellent old school sandwiches. Nice staff, one of whom has worked here for....wait for it....43 years.

The Lox on Everything is pure perfection. A generous amount of cream cheese; capers smashed in. Fresh, thick slices of tomato, smoked salmon, white onion. Slapped on a freshly toasted everything bagel--then cut in half with the halves wrapped separately!!! Such thoughtful composition and yet with the tinge of improvisation. $9.65. Cheaper than Morning Brew, Sure Shot, and other places that don't do it as well. Always a morning delight when I'm in this part of town. They do breakfast 7-10 am, Monday to Friday.

Honestly one of the worst sandwiches I've ever had. The equivalent of hospital food. They don't even put dressing on the sandwich. It felt like a kindergarten lunch...

Everything is so good here. Excellent customer service. I especially like their veggie sandwich on 7-grain and brownies. They accept credit card. They also do catering at very reasonable prices.

They have different types of foods such as sandwiches and local foods but the best part of it is that they deliver! Call to see if you qualify for free delivery. Otherwise, there is seating at the Pioneer Plaza to eat your lunch.One of the most popular spots within the Pioneer Plaza food strip.

Came here for lunch the other day. Looking at the sandwiches it seemed like they were priced all the same, $7.25.Ordered Heidi's Club (ham, turkey, bacon, Swiss cheese, lettuce & tomato) on wholewheat.It was yummy though I only ate half of it. Should've just ordered half.There's tables in front.Don't feel like coming here again... Eh we'll see though.

5/23/2024 It has been 7 years since I had their omelette and it is still as good as I remember it. It is the same cook and she remembers how I like it down to the ingredients. She is the best and I think is the driving force of what keeps this business afloat!!!Yep, she walked away for a minutes and existing workers could not assist customers.
