Aging is a real thing, and each time I do feel the difference in recovery for anything. After I fractured my ankle the process has been painfully slow and painful that's something I haven't been through even in my life.Though every part of your body has it's role, your feet I've always said is your foundation and I've always bought and spent good on my work shoes as I'm always on my feet and it's a safety thing...BAM! Fell and broke my ankle and it's just a crazy long story but I'm still having daily struggles that I'm constantly thinking of what I can do to help remedy the process on my own.I've gotten several massages all were great but never was a decently long term solution but felt great after the session, I thought to try to purchase a foot massager...aaahhhh!!!!!Health Korea is fantastic located next to Target in Ala Moana Shopping Center, they have three types all so same yet different in many ways. They ladies there were extremely helpful with demonstrating and explaining each difference and all it can do.I still have a long way to go but with this I can relieve my poor tired feet at the end of the day after a hot shower it's just so relaxing!!Health, Happiness and Healing you always need to put yourself first PERIOD!Thank you!!

One word, WOW!!! Very great customer service! Haven't experienced that's kind of service in a while. Wish I got the 2 females names. They were so helpful with me and my family, they let me, wife, and daughter test out their massage chair and shared key info about the chair and special that was going on. There was no pressure in pushing for a sale, it was pure good customer service and I thank them for that. My youngest daughter was crying while we were testing the chair and because of her crying she threw up a little and the worker quickly helped us. I ended up buying a lumbar support and very excited to use it for work! Much mahalo and god bless you and your family!

My friend and I went to the store for the first time. There are a lots f merchandise that they have in the store. The facial head piece looks like a helmet which can massage your head and your face. The facial wand that you can use for your face and rid of body fat. If you buy the helmet, you get the facial wand free. We were are not sure of the both devices if there are any sideffects.

I walked in here to order a massage chair. Two ladies working said something to each other in Korean and not one word to me to ask if I needed help or anything. I looked at the massage chairs here a couple months back and was ready to purchase one today, but these two ladies saved me thousands of dollars. I guess I should be thanking them for not wasting my money and time, since I'm not Korean and was in this store. Never stepping foot In Here ever again!

Purchased a massage chair as a Christmas gift at Health Korea. Their attentiveness and customer service was excellent, as well as their selection and availability of products. Would definitely recommend them.

I bought a massage chair about a year ago and it has been working great! However, couple days ago, it was having problems and I called the store and they are the best, they send engineer and repaired the chair next day!!!! The engineer (Chris) was very nice, friendly and patient and he actually explained more features to me so that I have a better understanding on how to use the control. Overall I had a great experience with this store and highly recommended. Also, they offer great financing for the chair, $0 down and $0 interest! Love it!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. This place is a scam and they sell old defective products and pass them off as current. The manager of the store is horrible and I don't even understand how that woman can be a manager. I am Korean. And I know first hand that Korean people are extremely customer service oriented. But these ladies, and the manager lady in particular, has no idea what customer service means. All she cares about is selling you defective products, and she talks down to customers and demeans people. I am on a mission to find out who the owner or president is this company is so that he or she can know the horrible manager he hired in Honolulu. If you are reading this, please fire her and replace her with someone who is a professional.

I wasn't even looking for a massage chair but after I tried the Panasonic MAJ7, i was sold. The Korean manager Lee was very knowledgeable and helped me with the financing. Best investment!

We are typical local "hapa" haoles who went to the store out of curiosity. It felt like a morgue in there like someone died? No music or interesting sales people. We never felt like buying anything. They only cater to Korean people, because they cannot speak good English. Not their fault, it just makes us feel uncomfortable in the store. They just stare at you so silently like were aliens. All 3 sales people just standing around silent? At least look or pretend to be busy. Lol.... Sorry.
