Hawaii's Finest Clothing

I recently visited Hawaii's Finest in Kapolei, and I must say, this experience has completely turned things around for me. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by Taimane at the entrance. It's always nice to be acknowledged right away, and her genuine enthusiasm set the tone for the rest of my shopping trip. She kindly let me know that if I had any questions, she'd be happy to assist--and you could really tell she loves what she does. It's such a refreshing feeling when the team truly cares about their customers.A few years ago, I had a not-so-great experience that left me hesitant about returning. But after today, I can confidently say that Hawaii's Finest has more than redeemed itself. Thanks to Taimane's excellent service, I'm excited to come back for all my Christmas shopping (yes, even for the hundred people on my list)!Much mahalo Taimane, for making this visit a memorable one. Can't wait to be back!

The store was very spacious but had no variety other than t-shirts. I was disappointed that there were no surf shorts other than for women and even that was sparce. You'd think living on the island where plus size people are abundant there'd be more options.I hope that they will bring in more variety of clothing other than t-shirts. The quality of their t-shirts are good and I like that they have larger sizes that you can't usually find.

Such a beautiful store, but terrible customer service. It's always as if you're bothering the employees working when you enter. Hard to support local when they treat their customers that way. I do love their palaka prints, I'll stick to shopping online when I'm interested in purchasing.

Customer service here is terrible. I was visiting home from the mainland and normally stop by the local shops to grab stuff to rep home while away and buy stuff for my son and gifts for friends. Wasn't greeted by anyone when I walked in, they basically made like I didn't exist. Browsed the entire store and nobody asked me if I needed any help, nothing. Even tho I was in a section for like 20 mins trying to figure out what the sales were cuz the signage was a bit confusing. Was gonna ask for help too but the employees made like I was bothering them. Purchased a couple shirts even tho I was gonna just leave cuz I didn't wanna drive all the way to town for them, but felt uncomfortable af having to walk to the register. Again no hello nothing mind you I was the only customer in the store, and no thank you after the purchase. I even said have a good day, nothing back. For a brand that claims to be "For the People" really seems like they don't give af about the people smh.

Been a supporter of HI Finest for years. I won a IG gift card giveaway in November and sent them my info like they requested. I never received a response or anything back from them.

I'd hate to type an average review for a local business but from my experience it wasn't a 4 or 5 star rating. Apparently you have to keep up with their socials to find out when their latest fashion drops are. I absolutely love the designs here but to my luck, my size was sold out. It is a little pricey but the quality, design, and knowing that your supporting local suffices. On the other hand, I brought my cousin from North Carolina with me since he wanted to rock some local brands up in the mainland but the ladies in the front were hiding behind the register on their phones or talking amongst themselves. I'm pretty sure what ever they have out is what's in stock and nothing in the back. There is a stage and seating area that was closed off. The line is always wrapped around the building on Black Friday. My cousin mentioned they have great deals/sales around Christmas time.

This store is always our go to whenever we're back home. They're merchandise is always new and fresh and they're always adding something new. Staff is friendly and the store is always so organized and clean. Mahalo!

I agree with everyone, the employees pretend like we are ghosts. Not much selection, they only have bigger sizes available. For a nice big store you would think they would have more or at least meet the product demand for their customers. Workers are so rude and dont say anything throughout the interaction of the purchase. We waited 10 minutes because the girl couldnt figure out how to change the receipt roll and then she says, "oh i can just text it to you" thank you but no thanks hawaii finest

Terrible. Literally closed the store down to "restock"But everyone just walking around the putting single things back not doing shit. Long lines. The worse I've seen for a Black Friday. They need to find a better way. Everyone else around are doing the lines and restocking well

poor customer service especially online. Cancel purchases hours later after money has been deducted from your account
