I definitely will recommend this business. Right by the beach easy access and reasonable prices.

The rental process was straightforward and hassle-free. Special shoutout to the gentleman at the check-in booth who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He not only mapped out a custom route for us based on our interests but also shared personal stories and dining recommendations. His approach was patient and incredibly friendly.The rest of the staff were equally pleasant and helpful, contributing to an overall great experience.Do note that there are (IMHO) mandatory upgrades like the insurance plan ($25/day), which allows you to return the bikes after hours, and the phone mount ($15). While these costs may seem steep, the insurance is A MUST and the phone mount is essential for navigation, so it's worth it.Make sure to do a thorough test lap to check the bike's capabilities. We had a small hiccup as one of our bikes couldn't exceed 35 mph, which we unfortunately didn't notice during the test lap. This caused some delays but didn't significantly detract from the overall fun.

My wife and I were unsure how to go about renting these two seat mopeds, the front desk at the Outrigger Waikiki gave us the lead to call Hawaiian style rental and sales. Well let me tell you what a pleasure dealing with Kennedy and Joey, this was our first time on the islands in our first time renting this type of moped gave us the training showed us the maps helped us with our phones for the Bluetooth both of them what a pleasure will experience and we had an absolute wonderful time. Anyone who is thinking about renting the two-seat mopeds it is a must and it's extremely enjoyable!

Great way to explore the island, price is reasonable, good recommendations with provided map and introduction, reasonable age restriction for standard scooter (only drivers license and 18 years old), after hour returns possible, safety video could be better for first time riders though

This was so fun! We walked by the other day and the friendly salesmen told us all about it so we came back the next day and got two for our family. It was such a nice way to see the sights. The Scoot Coupes get up to road speed and have really fun handling. It was even cool for our teens who don't think anything is cool. Definitely will do it again!

If you're like me and a little hesitant to get your own scooter... I'd rent from this place.. it's easy to use and the staff make it easy to understand. I'm a clumsy person and I got the hang of it after two rides around the block. The staff here were super nice and they let you park your scooter there if you need to drop something off for later use. Thank you to everyone who helped us!Price for 2 scooters plus rental insurance (get it... don't be that guy)- around $150 US dollars.

WE HAD THE BEST TIME! We rented a scoot coupe for 8 hours pickup starts at 830am and turn in time is 430. We honestly only did about 6 hours or so but we saw so much. Check in was fast and efficient, a safety video, some helmets, and a really helpful map with some suggestions and guidelines (thanks Brandon) and we were on our way. The tank of gas they provided was plenty for our whole day, and we motored all over the designated area all the way to Chinatown and back stopping at our leisure. We saw so many different beaches, historical places, and the sights and sounds of the different areas were incredible. Definitely way more fun than just renting a car for the day. Turn in process was super easy (thanks Ian and z) and all around I highly recommend seeing Waikiki this way! Absolutely would do this again!

Definitely recommend this place. Rentals are very fairly priced. And if you go there, ask for DJ. Outstanding guy. Good worker and helped guide us through the whole process. Made us feel safe and confident.

My husband and I initially rented a scooter but after the test drive we decided to change to a coupe because I was scared lol. Andrew was super understanding and didn't make us feel like we were inconveniencing him and ensured us that our safety was his number 1 priority. Sooo worth it! We will definitely be back :)
