I've called and texted ( it was usually Chykka that responded for me) and I always got the help And answers I needed. Ordered a CJ Nelson Sprout (online orders are smooth and confirmations are on point) and a few weeks later just walked in and picked up a HB Moe. On both purchases they answered all my questions and they were never in a rush! Need to mention Sean helped me on both purchases and was awesome!

I just had a really enjoyable shopping experience with the Hawaiian South Shore store recently. I was feeling a bit lazy & did not want fight the Christmas traffic so I ordered a couple of items online. A day after I had placed my order, I received a video from David, the store owner. He was checking on the condition of my order, making sure the items were in good condition & getting them ready for immediate shipping. I was really impressed with this type of customer service!! I spoke with david the other day about some fins that are hard to find right now. He had one set left and I bought them. Hawaiian South Shore surf shop is so easy to deal with. 5 Stars all around.I've bought many boards from this shop, they always have a great selection of the best recent brands and shapes.Even though they say they do not have a return policy on many of their items, when I had a very legitimate issue, they came through with a more-than-reasonable solution.I don't see what more anyone could ask for from a local surf shop and I highly recommend them.A+
