Usually I look up yelp reviews before engaging with a company, but for some reason, it didn't occur to me to check for water delivery services. I just checked the website for prices and went from there. Boy, did I learn my lesson! It started off good, I was in contact with the office regarding deliveries, and auto-bill payments, they responded to emails with no problems. It is now about 8 months later, and I just had them pick up their empties after cancelling my service via email (no one returned my phone messages). My first missed water delivery was months ago. I got a courtesy call to let me know the Thursday before my scheduled Friday delivery. I was told their machine was down, so they were unable to seal the water bottles, and that they expected to have it up and running the next week and will get my delivery done ASAP. I had no issues with this delay, they handled it appropriately, and delivered as promised. Seemed to be just a glitch, until one delivery just never showed up. I wasn't home that day, so I didn't know we missed a delivery until late in the afternoon. When I was finally able to reach someone at the office, I was told that the driver called out sick and that I would get a delivery the following Monday or Tuesday. Ok. Not a happy customer, but I get it, people get sick. A phone call would have been helpful. This happened two more times. The driver called out sick for my Friday delivery. The final time it happened, I called the office on Friday (my scheduled delivery day) and said, "This is the 3rd time my delivery just didn't show up and the driver called out sick. Don't you guys call to let your customers know that you have to reschedule the delivery?" The response was, "Sorry, we don't have enough people in the office to call all the customers. You should get a delivery as soon as Monday." Look, I get it, good help can be hard to find, but a simple mass email would've been a better attempt to notify customers, than to just not do anything. Monday rolls in, and I'm not surprised that no delivery was made. I call on Monday, had to leave a message. Called again Tuesday, asked for a call back, no response. Wednesday came, no delivery, no response, so I sent in my cancellation notice via email. I still did not get a phone call, and today (Thursday) a truck rolls up to pick up my empties. We've decided to just suck it up, buy some empty bottles, and fill our own bottles at the water dispenser at Times for $2.50/gallon.

To date this company is horrible! Their office does not reply to emails. No returned calls. Their drivers are incompetent and lazy.I am ending water service with this place.

Worst experience I ever had with a water delivery company. Too many excuses to why hey missed your delivery. "Driver was sick, driver quit, office people didn't get credit card info, office people didn't come in today, filtration system went down and don't know when it'll be working again but we'll call you when it's fixed" finally cancelled service and waiting for my deposit refund. Last call was July 9 and they said it would be sent out in the next couple of days. Just called today August 6 and they said they would get ahold of the accounts dept and they'll call me back. If you're looking for a reliable water delivery company, this ain't it!!!

Up until a few weeks ago I was pretty satisfied with their service. They jus recently missed our water delivery and getting someone live over the phone is almost impossible. When you finally reach someone a lady answers who is NOT PLEASANT rude and very short with her answers. Her excuse on why my waters not being delivered is the driver is on vacation and the supervisor is trying to do the route. He was supposed to contact me BUT I never received a callback. It's been a week and now I am all out of water. To me I think it would be customary if they notified their customers if people are going on vacation that will and possibly cause an interruption in regular deliveries or service, that way the customer can plan ahead and order more water than normal to avoid things like this from happening. That's just my opinion. I tried calling again and still no answer! This is not right.

By far the worst communication and service in a business. Let's just say they NEVER answer the phones and DONT respond to emails. They failed to deliver water and still charge my credit card. I'm going with Aloha water company now. All the reviews below are truth. Choose another water company.

My water was supposed to be delivered yesterday but was not delivered. I called them but no answer. My water gets delivered about every 3 weeks. I use one 5gal bottle about per week. I called them and asked why the next delivery date is 6 weeks away and they told me because that day Im supposed to get delivered falls on a holiday. OMG!!!! Then shouldn't they make a schedule and deliver it a day before or after???? So if my next delivery date again falls on a holiday, then I have to wait until the another next following delivery date??? So what happens if the following delivery date falls on another holiday? Wait another 3 weeks...then total of 9 weeks or 12 weeks????.....lol. I finally called and they answered. I asked them why was my water not delivered yesterday. They told me they are short staffed.....Then shouldn't they call me about this and let me know???

After 9 years of being a customer, Hawaiian Isles Water 5 gallon home delivery. Water service has become non existent. I've been with them while they've:Had a Machine broken = no water deliveryRan out of bottle caps = no water deliveryDriver out on vacation = no water deliveryTruck is brokers = no water deliveryI've even had the reward of being a long time customer and having my credit card on file expire. I would find out my credit card was expired by no water delivery and a late payment charge.Keep in mind I found these things out after having to repeatedly call them (no one seems to answer the phone) on the phone.So if you enjoy signing up for a service and not getting service - this is for you.

The worst company I'd ever had to deal with. I had to personally return the 5gal bottles to the company after delivery wasn't delivered to my house and we didn't have water for three weeks because they didn't have caps for the bottles. I called their company number multiple times, with no one ever answering the phone - canceling was made so complicated that you would have to go to their local office to cancel. I even called Tad, who helped me with the delivery service start-up. He ignored my multiple calls/emails when all I wanted to do was to cancel my delivery subscription. No one would answer their customer service number either.I returned my bottles on June 1st and I was waiting for my deposit to be refunded to me. I was told by Nesta, they weren't responsible for their accounting and they would not know when I would get refunded. To this day, I still haven't gotten a refund.

If I could give them zero stars I would. After 6 weeks with no water delivery and multiple unanswered emails, I called them to ask what was happening. They said both their delivery trucks were broken and they were waiting for the parts from the mainland. When I suggested that it might be a good idea to let customers know that, I was greeted with silence. Cancelled my contract with them immediately.

Honestly i have called over a dozen times in the past two weeks. NOBODY ANSWERS! The voicemail box is full. Our water delivery never showed up. Sent an email, no answer. The office i manage is now out of water and... well. I don't know! I would call and cancel at this point but how?! I told our accounting to not pay them this month in the hopes that someone will give us a call. To anyone else experiencing this... any ideas on another company to use thats reliable?EDIT: SWITCH TO MENEHUNE!!! Someone answered my call, hooked us up and gave us an amazing deal and they are able to help us SAME DAY.
