One of a few small "surf shops" in the Ka Makana Ali`i shopping centers. Located near Macy's and easy to find. This location sells clothing for men, women and keiki as well as a large selection of footwear, a hand full of coolers, skateboards and roller skates. Definitely would NOT recommend this company as they clearly have a military discount of 10% and yet nothing no discount for the actual residents or the Hawaiian Islands this company is named after.

Five stars. Highly recommended.A new HIC popped up in the Ka Makana Alii Shopping Center. Always a great place for surf wear and boards. Very clean inside and new. Staff is friendly and awesome! If you visit here, come by and visit this HIC. You won't regret it.

Visited the store in Ka Makana Alii in search of body boarding fins and was greeted by Rhinehart almost immediately. He explained the range of products they had on display and was very knowledgeable on the design, materials, and performance feedback of each brand.Being older and unfamiliar with trending surf gear development, I had a lot of questions which he patiently answered. He explained available options while I tried (and retried) each fin to ensure a comfortable , no-blister fit.In the end I found the right pair for me at a competitive price.An overall pleasant shopping experience thanks to Rhinehart who represents HIC with great service and Aloha!
