Because of Ehu..!! This gadget doesn't really work, esp for $300 would anyone else buy these? Can't even create an account for warranty reasons! Yelp says don't leave us hanging, I would lynch yelps workforce first and foremost! How's that?

Review by wife: i hate to do this bc WE have been a loyal customer since y'all opened. You've always been helpful, had what we needed, durable thick glass pieces, and affordable pricing.BUT, the other night my husband wanted to grab a piece because his broke the day before. We were in Kaneohe and saw the lights still on and pulled in. We read the hours on the door and We had 20 minutes til closing. So my husband went in. He comes right out, not even 30 seconds later ....I said "what happened" and he said they asked him "what are u looking for" he said a bong, they said "well we're closing, if you gottah ""look around"" then come back tomorrow".WHUAAAAAAAAAT!?............ k lucky I wasn't in there I would've had a fkkn conniption cuz there still 20mins til closing, and we not ""looky-loo"" or window shoppers!! We KNOW exactly what we need and what we're looking for and wouldn't show up unless we had the means to BUY!!!sorry if u get those types but WE are not it!!!While he's telling me this, cuz we're having this convo in front the store---I'm telling him go back in there its not even closing-u have 20 mins left---------these two people, a guy and a girl walk out and go to a silver Chevy truck parked next to me, ...they look at my husband, and me still in the parking lot(((I don't know it at the time, but those are the employees that talked to my husband))) they go to the truck grab something and then go back into the store(((at that moment I thought they were customers, if I knew who they were I would have said something ))))..Anyway my husband didn't say anything, and now he doesn't wanna go back in & when he gets a 'vibe' he'll just go into fukIt mode.....so we ended up leaving. I'm hoping the owners read this, or if those two idiots are the owners then y'all know nothing about business sense, customer service, or simply making money! Whatever you two were up to, seemed more important than selling & making $$$ for your store!!!My husband has money to drop. Y'all just lost a loyal customer, who purchases at least every 2-3 mos cuz he clumsy as hell and drops all his glass pieces.

Upon entering the two employees (a chubby man & a white lady) we just chillin, while we were in there the vibe was weird, and uncomfortable. We were trying to buy a grinder but I told my bf "no" to everything because why would we give this place business if the workers are not even trying. They need to either retrain or rehire more enthusiastic and dedicated workers. So disappointed. We did purchase canine treats for our dog, but once I got home the package was not zipped well that I don't even know if it's save to give my dog. (Basically wasted $20 on that). Never again coming to this location.

So apparently these guys don't care about loyal customers...I been shopping here for a couple years now - the staff is great, the prices are decent, and the products are awesome. I decided I'd buy ALL my stuff here from now on. I always left happy and excited to try out my new stuff. I recently bought a gadget here for $500. Then I came back a couple days later to buy few accessories - spent another $266. I was so happy with my new set up - it worked perfectly. Until yesterday. The display on the unit started to malfunction. So I take it back, and they tell me the best they can do is 40% off of a new one! It's only been three weeks, but I guess they only offer a one week warranty. I'm absolutely bummed. I spent a thousand bucks here in the last three months, but no more - I'm giving Pipeline another shot. So my advice: If you're looking for papers or a cheap piece this is your place. If you're planning on buying professional grade stuff - look elsewhere. Tell your friends too - I am.

Kalani is super cool and he knows his products! Not only for the smoker but for oils....cbd... just go talk to him and could learn a few things! Wife has cancer and have been buying liquid cbd here since she got it and have seen the change in her for the better! Like night and day..cbd has no thc.. but it helps her physically and mentally! Also has a lot of things for the smokers and just beginners! Go check him out!

These guys/gals are great and always really helpful. Be a proactive customer & ask questions - they try to give you space to browse as it's polite. Cool peeps. Like it and like them. Good vibes and good smoking apparatus supply.

I stopped in to pick up a OPMS Kratom shot. I've picked them up before from various businesses in Hawaii. The normal price is at most $18. These jokers are trying to charge $31 for something every other head shops charges $18. Really sad when people take advantage like that. God knows how much they rip everybody off on other things too.

Staff greeted us as soon as we walked in, looked like they were having fun working. Helped us get what we wanted and even told us a joke lol. Good selection of everything. Prices are all fair. Definitely coming back to this place

Horrible I went at morning business hrs and saw a note on door (be back in 15 mins) I wanted for a good 30 mins and saw a lady come out but door waS still lock. Waited an other 10 minutes but still nothing lol but parking in the back if front is filled up
