These folks bring a unique and fun take on classic dishes! The loco moco ball they bring to the farmers markets is like nothing I've ever seen before. Utilizing the sous vide as well as pan finishing the outside makes this multi-step preparation worthwhile to the waiting customer - and you can't put a pricetag on high quality food!I don't eat meat so I didn't eat the beef part of this dish but the oozy egg center was an awesome touch to this already beautiful masterpiece. It looks and tastes like something from another planet. My vegan friend got inspired and is going to try to make a vegan version of this at home now. Bring some to the farmers market and see how fast they go!

Had their Loco Moco balls at the Kakaako farmer market. Sooo good!! It was local burger, hard boiled egg, rice and then breaded and fried. Gravy on it. Yum. We also had the Elvis- banana bread with bacon bits and peanut butter. Not sickening sweet, bread moist.

Hawaiian Fresh Farm is one of the best stops on my Saturday morning outing. They set up at the Kakaako Farmers Market every Saturday from 8-12 in Ward Warehouse. They have a great selection of food for you to try and all of it delicious. The country sausage and biscuits taste so good it took me to a happy place. The breakfast sandwich is perfect and made me a real fan of the tomato jam. I wanted to use it for everything. Fresh Farms also has a great selection of honey, goats cheese, hummus, pies, and full flavored cheesecake. Try any of their products and you'll become a regular customer.

Where to start...we found this place on a Friday evening at the Makers and Tasters eat the street down at fishermans wharf. They are a traveling establishment, so you have to catch them at one of their frequented events. Whoever you find them, feel assured it is absolutely worth the time to stop. All local sourced, fresh, and amazing food. Staff is neverendingly friendly and willing to chat. So let's start with locations; you can find them at Ward's market on Saturday mornings, they have north shore locations Waimea Bay Area farmers market, Kaneohe, pearl ridge, downtown at ala moana blvd at the wharf...I'm sure I'm missing a few places, but there are plenty of places to find them. Now on to the important part...the amazing food. Hard to focus on on any one thing, as nothing disappoints. But the brisket is ON POINT. Best I've had on the island. They have fish and chips..a fave of the kiddos..and it's made with local caught whitefish. Looking for breakfast?? Then this place is a must go...their breakfast sammich with smoked bacon, a taro bun, and bacon jam...heavenly. Speaking of the jam...they have all sorts of other items. Salsa, sauces, hummus, cheese...the cheese. Goat cheese to be exact. Fresh made. Many flavors, in my opinion, the honey and the chili are the best. So they make goat cheese fresh and then also use that to make their signature cheese cakes. I have a lot to say about this place, and even more love for it. I suppose to wrap it up, I'll just say if you're a local or visiting..THIS IS A MUST VISIT WHEN ON OAHU.

Went here last week expecting fresh fruits and veggies from local farmers and were disappointed to find only a few booths, only one of which had produce. Other booths had food, clothing and handmade crafts. Overall the market was very small, and I would not consider this a farmer's market, but it might be good for other things you're looking for.

Great breakfast today at the pearlridge farmers market. Apple banana pancakes with macadamia nut crumble were delicious. Its a good idea to order your food ahead and then browse their samples, it didn't take long. Fresh made food, not fast food! My friends had Da bomb loco moco ball, awesome! The goat cheeses are great and now they make cheesecakes with it!! Kona coffee and Honey Mango! I'll have to try that next time!

Did I forget to show my 5-star rating? Here it is!I'm a big fan of the country store take home products from Hawaiian Fresh Farms at the farmers markets. These are real gourmet chef-prepared foods that lend well to home use, are consistently fresh, flavorful, healthy and locally-sourced. All of the products are dense with flavor and versatile. My favorites: lilikoi goat cheese, beet hummus, red pepper hummus, marlin dip, tomato goat cheese pie, superfood pesto, artisan cured bacon, kombucha pickled beets and kim chee, mango salsa, bone broth...need I say more?

I'm a Kakaako regular and buy jars of Kombucha every week. Malik takes care of us most Saturdays and they are a friendly face every week. They have a punch card if you are a regular.

I'm not wholly sure why these people don't have more reviews, because good grief, they're absolutely incredible. Our first experience with them was yester-evening, at Eat The Street. I consider myself quite the gourmet, so it's pretty unusual to find myself back at the same food truck 3-4 times in one night.Their goat cheese cheesecakes are to die for, and we walked away with a jar of their honey and one of the goat cheese tomato pesto pies, which I am currently enjoying for breakfast as I write this. Next time I see them, I plan to pick up a "mother" for Kombucha tea--- which brings me to the next absolutely amazing thing they had at their food truck. I highly recommend the lilikoi Kombucha tea, it's absolutely delicious. I had three cups of it. Three. I also had their beer battered Marlin fish tacos, which were pretty good, and I could taste how fresh the fish was. Not only was the food delicious, but the guys manning the truck and the stand were incredibly polite and friendly.Overall, we will be back to them as often as possible, to not only support local growers and makers, but to taste whatever delicious items they happen to have on their menu that day.
