Me and my family always come here when we want to play pool and ping pong. Just letting you all know that parking is limited. If you're planning to come here with a big group, I suggest you ride in one car to save your time. Also, if you're coming here with a big group, I suggest you get the room with one pool table, a ping pong table, and two dart boards; if you're planning to play all three ofc. Anyway, the service here is good too. The bartenders and security are always lovely. I haven't eaten here, but I will try the next time I visit.

Wow. Most of the negative reviews are due to a rude bartender. We didn't have issues with the bartender though and really liked this billiard hall. It's pretty spacious with many large and bar-sized pool tables as well as darts. The tables, balls and cues were in pretty good condition too. Drinks and games are reasonably priced as well. Chill, local vibes.

A funky entrance location inside a parking lot next to 24 hour fitness held a surprising good venue for music. We were very pleasantly surprised indeed! Came for a jazz saxophone show for Nelson Rangell in their Crossroads space and totally impressed by the sound quality, lighting, seating, crowd and organization of check in. Would definitely come back.

It's taken me a while to review this place because I saw other reviews and I just want to start this review setting expectations. There's not many places in Hawaii for pool and darts on the cheap. I started coming here as an 18 year old who didn't wanna go back to her dorm but also didn't have money so $1 pool and darts at HB's it is! People complain about the ambiance of this place, but in all honesty, I never had an issue with it; it adds character of who/what Hawaiian Brian's is. Okay, the Crossroads venue could use some air circulation, but in Hawaii, venues like Crossroads are hard to find that are cheap and convenient. Would I come to an event here? Not really, just because I feel like the prices aren't worth it nowadays.I feel like HBs has 9/10 given just what I was looking for: a chill place to play a couple games to end off the night. Although, I do have to take off a star because pool is no long $1 anymore, I think it's per person, per hour now. But other than that, you can't expect a lot from this place, but that's a good thing. I feel like we all need someplace reliable like this and I'm glad Hawaiian Brian's has always been there to deliver.

If your looking to have a good time watching your favorite artist perform, don't go here. As a local it's really sad to see what's come of this place. I don't know who they're catering to anymore but it's not me. Me and my partner went to see Valentino khan was so bored by the opener that we left. They should've released some sort of schedule of events. There was barely any comfortable space to wait around. Most of the crowd was outside in the parking structure waiting for the actual show to happen. Never returning.

First time coming into Hawaiian was great. Service and the security were super nice. Second time on Thursday night 12/19, bartender gave me attitude when I checked in for a pool table. My siblings came to pick me up, so when I went to check out, she charged me extra for my siblings because they walked up to the table and watched me play. She then proceeded to be rude with zero customer service. Probably won't come back or suggest this place to anyone.

Hawaiian Brians shares a parking lot with the 24 Hour Fitness. Spots are tight and limited. Don't bring a big car; I highly recommend carpooling. Validation is found inside, just ask the gentlemen at the front for the sticker. Pay ticket before exiting, credit card only! The service was mediocre. The men checking IDs at the front weren't rude but at the same time, not outgoing and friendly. My friends that did order drinks said that the bartenders were alright. They were straight to the point. There are a lot of bouncers ensuring no foul stuff going on which was nice. The place itself is alright. It felt a bit dirty and ran down. Some of the doors in the women's bathroom don't fully close so I had to have a friend hold the door while I relieved myself. I would come back for darts and pools.

0 stars!! The bartenders here suck!! There was like 4 people in line waiting to either order more drinks or pay their tab and 2 of the bartenders there were just talking story KNOWING they had people waiting. It took like 10 minutes for them to attend to their customers! 1 was a blonde white girl and the other was brunette asian. $0 tip because what kind customer service is that. Hawaiian brians please hire friendlier bartenders who do their job correctly :)

EXTREMELY RUDE BARTENDER.I can vouch for all of the reviews below. The lady wearing the striped shirt (whom I can only assume is Danielle) is an absolute Karen (and that's being nice). One of the dart machines wasn't working but there was no visible sign or anything indicating that. The machine ate our money and when we brought it up to Danielle, she had the audacity to respond with a smirk "you can try to play on it if you want" & "sorry but if the machine doesn't work, then we can't give you your money back." Those statements alone should shed light on what a poor establishment this place is. Avoid this bar at all costs. It's dingy, smelly, and the bartenders couldn't care less if you spent money or not. Maybe they should take notes from the locals and chill out - it could do them some good.

Terrible, rude staff. They hate their customers. I can't believe the way we treated. Please do yourself a favor and. Go somewhere else that appreciated your patronage.
