From the 1st time I contacted Teri so knowledgeable and kind. Upon arriving to the island she met with us in wanted to change the venue last minute so she took us to some other beaches where I found "THE SPOT". our vow renewal was everything I imagined she is such a class act!! Reverend Jim and Terri provide a wedding service that is on an entirely different level than most of the corporate wedding companies around Hawaii. They run a family business, with wonderful personal touches, while crafting a truly magical wedding experience and handling it professionally the whole way. Also, their wedding photographer Juan is ridiculously talented! His eye for amazing shots, color, richness, and intimacy is wonderful. Some of best photography I've ever seen. Just look at some of the photos on their website to see what I mean. My wife and I will definitely use them for our vow renewal!

I had such a great experience with Hawaiian Barefoot Weddings! I found them online and called to speak with Terri. She was patient, answered all our questions and was very friendly and courteous. It was much less than some of the other places we found online. Terri coordinated the ceremony, minister, music, photography and cake cutting/champagne toast. It was simply perfect! The entire group was awesome and it made my day perfect!

Your probably reading this review to see if you should book this business for your wedding.I am giving Hawaiian Barefoot Weddings a 5 Star rating. I was searching for over 3 months online trying to find the best destination wedding experience. My advice is to stop looking and book with Terri and Rev. Jim. Their service and friendliness went beyond my expectations! They took care of everything and put my nervousness at ease. Everyone working for Terri is top notch. The hair/makeup girl Missy made me look beautiful. The twin Hawaiian singers, the photography! I really can go on and on. But for the quality, the price cannot be beat. Take my advice and go with them. You'll have a BEAUTIFUL wedding just like ours. :)

Terri and Rev. Jim made our wedding so memorable and were extremely accommodating during our short stay in Honolulu. We had a small window of opportunity and they were so helpful to make it work for all. The vows that Rev. Jim read were really heartfelt and personal to us which made the ceremony one we will never forget. Thank you for everything and we highly recommend your services to everyone. Mahalo!

Rev. Jim and Terry provide an excellent wedding service that goes beyond ordinary. I performed music at one of their wedding ceremonies. It was incredibly well done! They go way beyond the call of duty. Their fees are quite reasonable; an incredible bargain actually, when you realize that Terry is absolutely generous with her time, and will go overboard making sure the event is successful. I highly recommend them!

Really great, and so glad we chose them! It was exactly what we wanted. Rev. Jim is so warm and friendly, and made the ceremony a wonderful and personable experience for us and our guests. We were hoping to find an officiant that would make it spiritual without being too dogmatic, and it was the perfect balance we were looking for. He has a few ceremony options to choose from. His wife Terri was also great. She was in contact with me throughout the whole planning process and took care of all our flowers, which were gorgeous. She did a great job putting together our arch and my bouquet was stunning, as were our leis. The best part was that she was able to do them for me for a significantly better price than every other florist I spoke too! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because we had some communication hiccups the day of that caused a little bit of stress before the ceremony. My husband and our families were at the ceremony site and could not find Rev. Jim or Terri, and my now husband was running around in a panic trying to find them. My mom phoned me to let me know they could not find our officiant, and when I phoned Terri it turned out I had a house number, not a cell number, which sent me into a panic. Terri eventually called me 10 mins before the ceremony was to start, and by the time I arrived to the site the arch, flowers and everything was ready and in place, so in the end everything worked out and was fine. Just make sure you get her cell number put in your phone, and know that it will all happen on Hawaii time, 10 minutes before, and you'll have a great wedding! I would still recommend them to anyone as overall our experience was great!
