Hawaii Prince Golf Club

My first visit since the pandemic lockdown. I attended an event here, and I was very impressed with the setup. The deco was very festive with a nice Holiday Christmas theme.The side room was set up for the appetizers and food buffet that ended with a heated lamp table for Primerib.The staff remembered me surprisingly, and we had a laugh or two. They were very accommodating and friendly. We started off with appetizers' poke, cluster of crab legs, dumplings, shrimp, and more. The buffet had battered Mahi Mahi linguine, mash potatoes, and more. The Primerib was so tender and juicy. I had a separate sauce bowl of au jus. I had to go back for more. There were many other food items, but I was getting full from the appetizers, so I skipped a lot.I must say the food quality was really good, the customer was incredible, and the scenery made the night so perfect!

Had lunch here and the burger was amazing. Service was absolutely fantastic with Min. She was very attentive and just a pleasure to have as my waitress. No doubt I will be going back for another burger. Wish I could give 10 stars for both the service and food.

Water EVERYWHERE lol but that didn't deter me. Only lost two balls to the lakes.Nicely maintained course! Fast greens and roughs - well it's rough. I did enjoy the driving range (real grass) and the people that work there - super nice.

This is a pretty nice golf course. If you are looking to just practice your short game or your drives or you want to play a 9 or 18 hole game Hawaii Prince has it all. If you aren't a people person you can buy a small or large bucket of balls for the driving range from a machine. There is a bar and a restaurant on premises and you can even order food and drinks from your cart! Competitively priced. The golf carts are sensitive so beware and make sure that everyone is inside the cart and seated before even thinking about touching the gas. The cart comes with a screen that shows you the information for each hole. You can also do a "flyover" so you can see the details and line up your plan if attack. You can add your party and keep score on it as well or use the paper and pencil that they provide you as well.

5 stars for the course and check in process. The starter pulled us 15 min early from the range rushing us to the first Tee.We were a 3some and Hole 2 we got behind a 5 some and played behind their slow play for a few holes, it would take them 10-15 min to play around and on the green. No worries slow play until I saw a tape measure with a guy measuring ball distance to the hole and that's when I had enough and called the pro shop. Come to find out, we were behind 9 guys playing tournament play in two separate groups. Lito the marshal had us skip 2 holes to play course A and get around them. Lito most definitely went above and beyond to rectify this issue and for that added a star. Letting a 5 some and 4 some group go in front of a 3 some is mind boggling then for them to be playing tournament play at that. Slowest round of golf I've ever played. To reiterate Lito took control of the situation and went above and beyond to help us out. Spectacular employee and I hope this gets relayed to him. Bummed not a single cart girl came by.

Came here to hit a bucket of balls while on vacation Driving range was nice but there was no shade, I was burning up. Small, medium, large and jumbo sized buckets available. I borrowed golf clubs in exchange for holding my credit card, the clubs were in great condition. The staff was super helpful and nice. They had a to go station for drinks, brought some to the range. Had a great time, beautiful location Only suggestion is they need to add a shade to the driving range - it's way too hot

Whoever hired these people should get fired. Showed up 3 minutes late to our tee time and refused to let us go out and the lady on the right pushed us an hr later. Lady said that everyone was fully checked in already 30 minutes past our tee time. But, When we decided to book the tee time an hr later, the employee Dan said we couldnt check in and pay until before our tee time when there was no line and contradicts what the lady said.. Probably the worst experience Ive ever had at a golf course. pretty sad because I used to come here all the time. Luckily, the starters were cool chill braddahs and let us go 20 minutes early. the lady working inside followed by giving me and our group the dirtiest stink eye ever.

Love Hawaii Prince! It's one of my favorite courses on island with a very nice practice facility. Always in good condition and a very friendly staff.

Great round of golf! Found this worry free golf package from our concierge, including shuttle transportation from/to my Waikīkī hotel, rental clubs, cart and 6 golf balls. Well worth the price. The course is fairly flat but has a lot of rolling terrain and water for challenging every golfer. 3 nine hole courses to choose from. I played B/C. C has the most water. A/B would be easiest. All slopes from the white/resort tees are in the 120s, so a good test of golf. Greens are fast but also very large. Layouts are good. Really enjoyed my round and will be back again on the next trip to Oahu.

Lovely course. Well maintained with clean tee boxes, close cut greens, fringes, and fairways. Water water everywhere. Really nice accessible course. Marshall was on point and kept play moving. Even moved us past a group playing a bit slow.Played as part of a "no worry" package deal that included transportation and rental clubs. I ended up bringing my own bag and was supposed to get $20 credit toward the store or food. Lost the voucher and when I went to pro shop and showed my verification email the manager blew me off. Other than this "boss" everyone was great. I suppose it's my fault for losing the paper voucher but the credit still should have been honored. Pro store managers attitude needs work.
