Hawaii Pot Shabushabu House

I've been coming here for years, and my picture is still on the wall! Even after moving off the island, I make sure to visit every time I'm back. My family loves making me jealous with photos of their meals here .The hot pot is always amazing , and the service is so kind. I'll definitely be back again! Recommended broth: ThaiTomYum

I had never been here before. Came with my family to celebrate a birthday as chosen by the birthday person. The service is ok. They are not English proficient. She struggled conversing with some customers. We can speak Chinese so when she didn't understand our request in English, we switched to Chinese. I ordered the Seafood broth. I was expecting a seafood flavored broth. My broth consisted of thin milky colored water, two clams, and two pieces of kombu seaweed. It tasted of not really much of anything and definitely did not contribute to anything that as cooked in it. My sons got the miso, they said it tasted like miso but nothing spectacular. When asked what their experience was they said, "sh!tty!" They then said they never was to come back. The food selection were ok. I liked the ramen selection available. You need to order your meats with the server. Not all are part of their pricing, some have an extra cost. They limit what they have available in the fridge so people don't hoard large amounts of certain items. The small crab legs available were meh. Quite waterlogged tasting. If they run out of something that you want, you just need to tell them what you want and they will get more. Can't say I will be returning.

The meats are ok, we only ordered ribeye so can only speak for that meat. Ok quality. The fridge and veggies were stoked regularly and area was kept clean. The service was ok, there was one woman catering to about 6 parties. We had to wave her down to order more meats/drink refills. A major plus is they offer AYCE crab legs, which I've never seen at any hotpot place. It was restocked fairly quickly. The broth was ok, not amazing, honestly not even that special where I sip it with my meal. It's used as a vessel to cook my meat. The sauce station was ok, they had goma, ginger sauce and a house sauce. I wish they had a ponzu sauce. The house sauce just tasted like soy sauce. Overall, for the price, I can say you can eat the bill if you strive to put down those crab legs and ribeye orders. Mid quality but you get what you pay for.

Came on a weekday and the ambiance was very chill. The workers are very attentive, friendly, and cute. The music is also cute, all the KPOP jams!There is a self-serve bar with veggies and sauces for everyone to grab. I love the ability to make my own sauce. There is also a fridge with seafood and extra items you can put in your pots that's included in the AYCE. This is one of my favorite hotpot places on the island

Never have I ever been to a Hot Pot restaurant ever but today's a first.Hawaii Pot Shabushabu really made an amazing impression. Staff was very friendly when we arrived and the experience was just phenomenal. The buffet with cold add-ons for the pot was neatly prep. They had the cleanest tripe I ever had and I ate 4 bowls of it. Overall, the food was great!! The soup base is good too! Definitely coming back here again and highly recommended!!

I got the Thai Tom Yum and my sister got the Hot and Spicy soup (mild.) The food is delicious and the self serve bar has a lot of options. The meats are a very good quality and I love the raspberry iced tea! Good music, comfortable vibes, and very quick service! Will be back again ‍

Yummyliciousness Must stop by for lunchie and din dins. Great service and awesome foods.

Been here 3 times so far & their quality & service is always consistent.Awesome selection of vegetables, which are always so fresh! Meat, seafood, & dumpling quality are always on point. Staff are super friendly & accommodating. Water glasses are never empty.Definitely recommend!
