I enjoy the different toppings and all you can eat! The veggies and sauce and tripes, I guess I'm obsessed with tripes in my soup lol We came in for the dinner portion where the lunch special ended, But! It was nice because it was only us in the restaurant at 4pm ish! The service was great because they were only serving us like we are VIP lol

I came here with my boyfriend for lunch. Parking was full but we got seated right away.I definitely liked this location as the servers are nice and come by every so often to check up on you if you need drink refills or refills of your meats.Seating is smaller than what I am used to but the selection here is pretty good. A wide variety of veggies and meats. I definitely like to fill up on meats. There's a single restroom here. It's clean. I would definitely come back again.

I have visited every location, and this is the best by far! For the whole duration of my pregnancy, my biggest craving was hot pot. The ladies serving us were consistently excellent every time my husband and I visited! From refreshing our waters to inquiring about the quality of the food, we are consistently well-cared for. The "kimchi broth" is what I always order, and it always has the same flavor! Almost anything can be added to the broth to make it taste 10 times better. Would strongly suggest!

This location has the best customer service! They always check on you and refill drinks without having to be asked even when they are busy. The food is always fresh and they added crab to the mix! My Ohana eats there often.

We absolutely love this place! Ma and my family come here a lot...sometimes twice a week. We often bring our out of town guests and they love it too. The service is excellent..especially Mia, she remembers not just her customers, but their order too! 5s!

I've been obsessed with hot pot lately. I am mostly writing this review so that I remember to come back here on my next visit. I first encountered Hawaii Pot in a mall in Kaneohe, but was too full to eat, I later realized this was a local chain and it had 5 other locations. I begged to be taken here to eat as I have never encountered a hot pot place that has hot pot with a salad bar type set up, I now know this is a thing, but its not readily available where I live. This one is all you can eat, you pick your broth, order your meat (if you want), but then get everything else yourself out of the salad bar and fridge located next to it, sauce bar too. I love that I don't have to have 15 lotus root slices, when I only want two, it feels like so much less waste and you get exactly what you want. I really appreciate that they have a broth called healthy vegetarian, it's great when you don't have to guess if something is suitable for specific diet types. I also now only like hot pots with sauce bars as I have discovered that I prefer my broth to be perfected to my own taste palate. I must have garlic, cilantro and vinegar. I also prefer places where you get your own individual pot and don't have to stress with split pots, etc. All you can eat price seems reasonable for lunch. This seems like it would be a great place for a fun meal with friends. My partner complained that hot soup is not suited for Hawaii weather, but I disagree and seems many others did too, since this place was busy in the afternoon. I walked out of the restaurant and immediately started searching to see if a similar type set up existed in my home state. I can't wait to come back here on my next trip. Plus it seems I'll be able to access this easily no matter where I am on the island. My only complaint it that no one offered me more broth, but I probably didn't really need to eat anymore food. Also hot pot is super messy for me, please offer additional napkins

My friends took me to Hawai'i Pot Shabu Shabu that used to be a Vietnamese restaurant and maybe something else before. It's located right next to Dong Yang in Wahiawa. There's a few stalls in the front of the restaurant and there's also a small parking lot in the back.It's a small restaurant with about 10 tables so it fills up pretty fast. When we were there, all tables were full except for the big table that can hold about 6-8 people. It's $26.99 for lunch & I think about $8 more for dinner. They also have kids pricing for hot pot or a kids menu. And you can also add on a drink for $1 with free refills.The AYCE comes with rice, meats (ribeye, chicken, & pork belly), and a huge selection of veggies, noodles, seafood and a bunch of other things that you can help yourself to. They have premium meats that you can pay extra for. And they have a sauce bar that has lots of different sauces for dipping. I suggest the house sauce, it has a nice kick to it! I also got the ginger sauce which I could just eat with rice it's so good. They have a huge selection of sides to choose from. I got the miso broth which was not bad. I heard the kimchee one wasn't so flavorful. I wish they had a tonkotsu broth. Other than that, everything was really good and I definitely would come back.

Update to my first review. Tried the original soup base. It is tasty and the red fruit that was added for flavoring was delicious! Heads up! I. my humble opinion, order the miso soup base! Super flavorful, you won't regret it!

It's so delicious was our first time here. We will definitely be back again! I enjoyed the Kim chee style but I'm going to try other flavors to see which one will be my favorite
