Hawaii Pot Shabu Shabu House

Hawaii Pot is litterally my favorite hot pot places on the island! My family and I usually come several times a month because we enjoy it so much. We've come so often that the staff knows our order the moment they see us come through the door. Their staff is very friendly and try to accommodate everyone that comes in. Their service is very on point. Every time I have empty dishes on my table, whoever is walking by automatically gets it off the table. They're quick to make sure you have drinks and refills as well. The environment is nice. I love the conveyer belt concept vs having to walk to the fridge. But their "transformer" train that drops off the meat and other items, straight to your table is my favorite. It makes me want to order more items just to see it come by. I always compare their sauce station to other hot pot sauce stations (I still think Hawaii Pot's sauce station is better and have more variety). Their meats are very good as well (pork belly is always my favorite). I always have to have the green tea ice cream for dessert. It's nice that this location is in the mall because we eat so much that walking it off helps for the drive home. Overall, I highly reccomend trying this place out!!!! The price is reasonable, service is spectacular, they just added all you can eat snow crab (my fav!!!), and they're great at remembering their regular customers

It was my first time here and everything was great! i like how we can get our veggies, sauce, seafood etc in a fridge and also on the conveyor belt. service was quick because we went when they opened at 11. will definitely be back here again

Despite literally just being some place in the mall, this place is delicious. I ended up getting a sort of all-you-can-eat setup, and was pretty pleased - the meat was high-quality and came out quickly, the veggies were fresh, the hot pot base I got was tasty, and the service was lightning-quick. I could see this being a go-to, especially given how reasonable the price is.

Never disappoint with the food quality, especially the lamb and beef. Service is always the best among other places, and fast too. Not too crowded if you come on weekdays. Nice lighting, you are automatically being lead to the place with the wonder smell of the hotpot.

Somehow my review was deleted. But service here is so bad, that we wished we went to the other location instead. We brought up how we want to order the vegetables from the kitchen due the kid in back of us opening and closing the door to the food on the belt. Mind you this kid was putting his face by the belt, touching the plates and such. Yes the staff was aware, but didn't do anything about it. And no the guy employee refused to bring out the vegetables from the kitchen. He told us to listen to him, and we had to hear an excuse of why he won't bring out any thing from the kitchen. Apparently a customer ordered something and the customer didn't want it. Idk how that was the same to us. Also food looked like it's been sitting on the belt. After eating, seen a small roach crawling and I killed it not worth the price to eat here!

Incredibly solid choice for hot pot. Conveniently located, free parking, and the food delivery system is a nice touch of entertainment. Definitely check it out!The final star missing due to the service generally not being attentive after initial order - water refills, broth low, and unable to order more meats. If the QR code at each table actually worked to reorder, wouldn't be an issue... but they don't

I've been to the one in town a few times over the years, pricey but I love it. The enoki mushroom shortage was a damper every time though. This was the first time I've been to the aiea location, and I'd say it's better because they have a train that delivers stuff like at genki. It seems more health code conscious than the town location as well. The only thing I really didn't like was that they didn't replace or have good spinach out. It's the only veggie I eat in hotpot :( to be fair, we did come an hour before closing so it's unreasonable for them to put more stuff out. I just would have liked better spinach. Staff was nice and easier to communicate with than the town location, though they were nice too. Located in pearlridge.

The spicy soup is the best. Service is the best. They have snow crab. We ate 8 wagyu. Everything is great. I like ling and wen xin. They are very nice.

Hot pot soup is very good! Waitress is very kind! Very interesting eating environment.

I usually like going to eat at this Hot Pot place, but they do have a infestation of roaches running around the converyer belt and on to the tables, please be careful eating here... Told the waiter and all he could do was recommend moving but we were at least a party of 8. We did have him kill one roach for us in the conveyor belt but nothing, it was close to closing so they started bleaching the floors when we were still all eating... so there floors be clean but I dont know about the back house or anything else...
